RVN needs to be given the boot purely for the fact he is playing a high line with the defenders we have. Any competent manager would realise it's not possible with the 3 tugboats we have at the back.

A more experienced manager organises the defence better than RVN. Since he’s been here we must have shipped on average more than 2 goals per game. I appreciate we’ve got a load of duffers at the back but surely someone better suited makes us more solid
