Thanks mate! Really, really pushed myself but I'm chuffed, even if I still feel rough 5 hours later That's my best by miles and I probably won't get close again! Last year I managed to row 2km in 7.45 - I'd never done it sub 8 minutes before that, and I haven't since - not even close! Today was probably one of those freak occasions too but I'll take it.

Started running properly about 3 years ago. Today I managed to run 5k under 20 minutes (19.53) for the first time. I'm almost 45 so I'm chuffed with that. Well worth the raging headache I've now got as my reward.

Does anyone else watch the start and the end intensely and then zone out completely during the tasks? Genuinely, I watched every episode and remember the trojan horse task at the start, the dam task at the end.... and that's pretty much it That part of the show just doesn't register with me for some reason. Maybe I've got ADHD

Totally agree. It's a very entertaining show, but there's some pretty fundamental flaws in the format. That final was never going to be won by a faithful. Virtually impossible.

I genuinely think VAR has been a disaster for the 'Premier League product'. It often kills the flow of a game and it's starting to dominate pre and especially post-match analysis. It's not what people watch football for.

It wasn't a great game to watch, but I thought Everton did deserve it. They dug in and made life difficult for Villa. Stats don't always tell the full story. Villa just huffed and puffed. Pickford only really made one great save. Everton were never going to dominate at Villa Park but they did deserve it. That said, you're right in that it probably is written by AI
