So limited. Receive the ball from one centre back. Pass back to the other. Rinse and repeat. Strolls around the place like he’s some footballing genius. He absolutely does not try hard enough

This. It is so sad to see how far we have fallen in ten years, and frankly how much worse things might get before they get better. Feeble on every level

Our inexorable slide into league one continues. This is so miserable.

Charlton (H) Protest Saturday 31st January 12:30KO
Harpenden Fox replied to 1884HF's topic in Leicester City Forum
In my opinion the focus is Top. He is the absent leader. I would happily delay entry until the 16th minute, carrying a simple placard saying: ”where’s Top?” simple, non hostile and to the point. -
Feeble Chairman Feeble Director of Football Feeble Manager Totally disillusioned Supporters The only good thing at the moment is the 2016 trend on social media. And we're not even doing that.

Cheltenham Town F.A Cup 3rd round match thread
Harpenden Fox replied to lanefox's topic in Leicester City Forum
The fact that three 17 year olds are on the pitch, and Evans isn’t, might tell us more about Jake than Marti -
Sheff Utd 3-1 LCFC, post match thread
Harpenden Fox replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
it's point E I find the most sinister. Don't say anything nasty. Perhaps we shouldn't sing 'you're shit aaaaahhhhh' at the opposition goalie in case it damages his mental health. It's Trumpian in its over-reach, and suggests leadership are woefully over-sensitive. I'd love to be a fly on the wall in side management meetings at LCFC. I suspect it would give me abundant material for an award winning comedy series -
like the only club whose attendance figure isn't published soon after a game is completed. Are we simply incompetent at everything?

Is this the worse it’s ever been?
Harpenden Fox replied to Nolucklcfc's topic in Leicester City Forum
It's certainly down there, and I think for most of us, having a leader who is a) vain glorious b) not seemingly that interested c ) arrogant d) lacking much football knowledge makes things worse, as it's quite clear we haven't hit the bottom yet. A second visit to League One looks more likely than not to me. -
I even left early. Before last season I reckon I'd only left a game early twice since I started going in 1975. I've left early about five times in the last year.

At least today’s 7 hour round trip has clarified my thinking for Monday night

Home and Away Support/Atmosphere
Harpenden Fox replied to FoxesTalker's topic in Leicester City Forum
The whole place was devoid of atmosphere. Even when we scored it was muted. Feels like we have all been consumed by an overwhelming apathy -
LCFC 1-2 Watford, post match thread
Harpenden Fox replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
That’s about as bad as I’ve seen. This club, at the moment, has relegation written all over it, that’s without a points deduction -
Anthony Herlihy – Director of Noncommunication
Harpenden Fox replied to thlcfc93's topic in Leicester City Forum
If you happen to read this do your job and communicate man. At least talk to the local newspaper and try to explain what’s going on. Otherwise what is the point of carrying on in your job? -
He has a very clear role now, and looks so much more assured, strong, energetic, calm and creative. Really caught the eye today.

Except when we did the exact same thing when 2-0 up at Watford (Mads to Winks)

Pre Match - Bristol City (A) Dec 10th 7:45pm
Harpenden Fox replied to ramboacdc's topic in Leicester City Forum
Silko just messaged me and said could you let ‘Pliskin’ know he’s the player’s least favourite poster. It seems the feeling is mutual! -
he does indeed. his body language is that of quite a timid individual. Perhaps, and I am only speculating here, Winks has been 'top dog', and with him seemingly out of the picture, this might allow Skipp to flourish. If he works hard the crowd will warm to him, which in turn will give him the confidence to blossom. Let's hope so

Meanwhile our under 21s have lost 4-3 at Borehamwood.

I think in our current state and trajectory, a late Oxford equaliser at Norwich is as good as it gets as it takes one point off the bottom of the table.

Too many Fareham weather supporters on here for my liking. sorry.

I'm suspicious of anyone who employs someone to hold an umbrella for them.
