Played well last night. Drifted a bit on occasion and was out of position at a few crucial points, but played well and should have scored. Agree with others, his best performance so far.

Bit of a statement to us all in fairness.

Were not at our best. Didn’t control the game as normal, down to Sunderland’s tireless efforts. Some poor finishing and decisions and yet, if not for their keeper, could have been an easy 5-0. I’ll take it.

Sunderland have played surprisingly well and yet we should be 3-1 up at least. Stone wall pen against Faes to be fair. I imagine the ref might see that at half time. Don’t know for sure. Hope not. still, 1-0 up and creating chances.

Sometimes I despair. 🤣

Yup. So did I.

Despite everything I think he has been mediocre so far this season. For me his best game was against Swansea on Saturday.

Played well against Swansea I thought. One of his best games this season. Personally I haven’t been too impressed by him so far. Too many mistakes. Too greedy. Too ambitious. But yesterday he was really good. Hopefully that is a trend.

This lad could genuinely be mustard. Has so much ability.

Play well and we will win. Quite simple. Football is a funny old game though, but barring strange occurrences I can see is not winning this.
