  1. Social media is awfully misleading when it comes to attitudes towards this club & crucially action towards this club. I will take part in this but we are the minority - by some stretch. The vast majority will continue to go and will probably look down on those suggesting that the club isn’t being run properly.
  2. If the patterns of the first 25 games of the season tell us anything it is that we will not be winning this game
  3. Those assuming he's off in January must have forgotten the rest of the Winks-esc players currently stinking out the gaff that is our outrageously inflated payroll. Need I also remind you that we rejected between £3&6m about 4 transfer windows running for Dennis Praet to protect his "book value" only for us to pay him millions a year to not play him. For further evidence of financial idiocy in the selling players department, see the rejected bids of actual money for Patson Daka this summer. Just because Winks is obviously a complete nightmare does not mean that the club have the brain cells required to sell him appropriately.
  4. Totally unacceptable for the highest wage bill (by a mile) in the league to be in 16th position. He doesn't exude authority or ability, nor do his tactics & subsequent performances make it seem like he has the support of the players. These players are utterly contemptable, entirely unlikeable & have hugely inflated opinions of themselves but they are not "16th in the Championship" bad.
  5. No, he's useless. He's evidently not up to it. He is also not the main reason we are 16th or whatever in the championship. That goes back to a series of disastrous decisions made by his bosses from about 2021 onwards.
  6. Not sure anyone is backing him, merely pointing out that the majority of the blame lies elsewhere
  7. This appointment gets funnier and funnier. I know people are saying that ‘it’s a start’ (“it” being top acknowledging he owns a football club and making a few appointments) - but he is completely and utterly incapable of turning this shit show around. Given his decision making in the last 5 years, it’s safe to assume that the changes he has instigated will make things worse. Strap yourselves in for what this ‘managing director’ brings to the table.
  8. Yep. Look at the state of the comments on the youtube page. A fanbase truly unlike any other. It's 15 mins of utter waffle and these are the responses: "Thank you Top. We support this version of you and KP" "This is the moment every Leicester fan has been waiting for"
  9. I'm sure the interview process was thorough and without bias.
  10. I'm one minute in and I can guarantee you this will be enough for people on the fence to be back firmly in the KPFC camp. "I want to get closer" is the main line so far. Has he been to a match in the last 6 weeks? Decent place to start.
  11. Sorry, the players aren’t great - but they’re not bottom half of the championship bad. Get this manager gone.
  12. He's willing to put a tackle in largely because he's probably just given it away.
  13. Not convinced these people even exist to be honest.
  14. Fantastic news.
  15. Nothing against him personally as I know he's had injury concerns - but how much is he on? Must be ~£40k a week £15m fee £40k a week x 150 = £6m Rudkin masterclass yet again
  16. Pretty sure he'd been learning Spanish for years when he was at Leicester. I'm sure he can con his way into a mid table La Liga side. As you say, not a chance any reputable PL outfit gives him a chance. Could see West Ham or Wolves going for him, but any manager would be mad to go to either of those clubs before the end of May.
  17. Not convinced he wants to play judging by the way he waddles around.
  18. I think we both know that that is not a sensible view.
  19. This is the biggest reason I wouldn't get rid at this stage.
  20. Absolutely hideous that your recollection of Maddison's corners is that they were good. He stank the place out with them. Would stroll over (even if we were losing) and regularly not beat the first man ffs. Edit: having said that, he wasn't the only one stinking the place out 2022 onwards.
  21. Top is obviously at fault but to suggest that none of the four aforementioned names should accept any responsibility for the utterly dismal jobs that they did (Rodgers at the end, Cooper, Ruud) or are doing (Marti) is scandalous. Just because your boss is an idiot doesn't give you the excuse to underperform in your own job. People are perfectly entitled to direct their negative energy in multiple directions as plenty of people deserve it.
  22. People are right to point to the shortcomings at board level but that doesn't excuse his selection criteria. The most offended I've been as a Leicester fan is Ruud picking Ward against Wolves, but for us as a fanbase to have to continue to watch Faes, Soumare, Vestegaard, Daka, etc stink the place out week in week out is getting to that level. It's completely unacceptable. As someone rightfully pointed out on Twitter, ultimately if the bloke was willing to pay £400k to come to this shower of shit of a football club, he was hardly ever going to be the man to go toe-to-toe with the board & the toxic players. Another completely avoidable mess.
  23. The atmosphere is a direct reflection of the apathetic decisions that have been made by basically every key stakeholder in this business in the last 4 years or so. Like it or not it started when Top was too much of a pussy to sack his best pal Brendan after Forest, Brighton, Spurs, Brentford, take your pick. We have never truly recovered from that catastrophic season. We had a brief upturn when Enzo made an effort to engage with the fan base (Although his football was sometimes stale which created a flat atmosphere), but on the whole the atmosphere has a direct correlation with the trajectory of the football club. We are not a serious business and that flows through to the matchday experience. There is nothing to get excited about. The football is boring, the pints are expensive, the food is getting worse, the queues are inexplicable given the stadium doesn't even sell out, the forced nature of e-ticketing, the banning of fans for literally no reason, the caracture matchday presenter, the light shows, the clappers. This coupled with the lack of accountability anywhere in the club for 4 years now has worn thin and people are fed up.
  24. It cannot be exaggerated how good he was prior to that leg breaker at Anfield (yellow card by the way). Assuming we'd have been able to keep hold of him (Highly unlikely) - if he had stayed fit 2021-2023, absolutely no chance do we get relegated.
