different issue i have shin splints but keep giving it three weeks, then go run - pain then three weeks and repeat. I am going to rest up for six week no running - mentally it is really hard but i am going to try other forms of cardio that will help keep my fitness up. Any cardio you can do that won't effect it.. what about swimming? not ideal but gives you a goal over the next few weeks

disagree about the limbs and away support, i was at Villa away in the home end and was brilliant celebrations when we scored, lad i was with commented on how good our fans were considering our position in the table.
