  1. Dunno where the risk is in playing a decent team, we ain't getting playoffs now (just to make 70 points would take a massive change in form and that's before any psr deduction taken into account). Probably 10 or 11 wins minimum plus however many it takes to overcome psr? And I doubt we'll go down, unless psr penalty huge. So we should take the fa cup seriously and get as far as we can, especially when lining up against minnows like Cheltenham. That's not to say some of the younger ones don't get a chance, but we should be making 100% sure we're not gonna get knocked out this weekend.
  2. Making the most of my sky sports for this one, I'll still have a flask of tea and prawn sarnie to hand though for authenticity. Might even pop down the offie to see if they'll do me a pint can of chang for a fiver so I'm not missing out. I think it's on uhd channel too, so I can see the looks of desertion in the players eyes at kick off whistle, and fellow fans in the stand munching and sipping along with clappers at the fore. Oh and the game, probably another step towards the abyss I'm afraid. But that's all ok, we're KPFC.
  3. The only glimmer of hope is that was our bad half, and being 1-0 down suggest we could get something yet. But that half was the pits. If we had and could use 11 subs at half time, I would.
  4. Abdul utter poo had loads of chances to run at their defence and bottled it every time. Sorry he needs to be dropped.
  5. I'll be there, with a bumper turkey sandwich, spiced latte, and festive Christmas jumper with KP splatted all over. With a little luck, I might down a free chang and mince pie before the main event, and be ready to clap a hole in my KP/lcfc gloves after we pull 1 back from 6 down at half time, then queue for 20 mins to replace them at twice their real value (thanks to the 35% off) in the club shop after. You truly have to love Christmas. I can't wait. Love you all, KP Happy Clapper FC xx
  6. It's possible they aren't even an adult, in which case they demonstrate a great degree of literacy for a child of that generation. ;-)
  7. I can't be bothered to sift through 180 pages to see where that comment comes from, I and I'm sure most fans wish no harm on any player, if Wout left I'd wish him all the best in his new venture. But that's not to say, we may call out against players that are at least perceived to be not pulling their weight. There is one way for players to silence the critics, do the talking on the pitch. It really doesn't take much to show a bit of fight.
  8. You know, you sound so much holier than thou. Above all scum in the human race. Well done, we're proud of you. I'm sure wout feels the same on the pitch, above his team mates and certainly the fans. Good luck. We hope you and Wout get to experience a little of real life.
  9. I remember the days they used to call to try and get me to buy a ticket, sometimes offered a freebie gift. ;-) We'll be back to that soon.
  10. We always get about 22k for season ticket attendance, I believe they are counted whether they turn up or not. 24-25k more realistic from what I observed, that would be my guess. Can't believe it's anywhere near 28k. Probably less than 20k from what I've seen on TV after half time, as I was one that left, so didn't witness it first hand.
  11. F**king disgusting bunch of half arsed charlatans, spineless, leaderless. Absolutely no good to improve when the game is gone, they're just rubbing shit in our faces. And they know it. Do no support this club, or it's owners, or it's players until there is real change!!!!
  12. It really isn't (setup to be 4-3) the second half shouldn't paper over the cracks.
  13. I left at half time, believe me nobody should pay money to watch these charlatans. Not fit to wear the shirt doesn't even begin to describe it. Never seen a professional football team, nevermind championship team, concede such a bad goal. Probably the worse I've ever seen. You could almost say it was deliberate.
  14. Can't believe people still calling for Daka. I'd rather my 13 year old nephew started he'd more likely score. Daka shouldn't be at the club, nevermind be starting!
  15. The wins were pretty much in the first month of the season. Barely a win since then. Says it all. Has all the hallmarks of holloheads team, shit loads of draws and 52pts but still down the trapdoor. Can only hope there are actually 3 worse teams than us. If the bottom feeders start to fight, we're in trouble.
  16. The football was poor but we do look more solid than usual and we're 1 up. Just not nice someone collapsed in p block not sure the outcome but didn't look good. If you were wondering what was going on, it was that.
  17. He is garbage, yet he's not even the worst player we have. That says it all.
  18. Clear as day these players are being treated like royalty within the club, you can see Marti hugging and consoling them like they are being bullied at school. Yet they take massive wages and parade around in exuberant surroundings with their every whim and need taken care of. They need to spend time in the real world, appreciating what real hardship is, not protected from it cos they can't be arsed to put in a little effort to show they care. It's simply the worst excuse of a football club from management to players I've ever seen in my time of supporting them. Simply a ghost of the past, that refuses to see the present or the future. Until they do, we're f**ked.
  19. It looks just like last season to me, only in the championship. No conviction, no quality, tactically dismal for this league and keep playing the same way. Daka will soon become a 100/1 for a goal striker and that says everything about our recruitment and direction the last few years. Dreadful and time to get ready for league one folks.
  20. Unless we can start scoring with more regularity then yes, we are in danger of getting dragged into a relegation battle especially if any points deduction is 6pts or more. Our last 8 games have yielded just 8pts. Carry that on we'll end up with 53. Minus 6 or more from a deduction and that clearly puts us in a dangerous position. We need a uptick in form and soon, a string of games with a decent haul of points. If our bad form carries on for much longer, we could be in a real fight. And do we think we have players who will be up for that? No, I didn't think so.
  21. We always score. Question is, will we concede again? Still sticking to my 4-1 Leicester prediction. ;-)
  22. 4-1 to Leicester, responding to a disappointing result. Then draw or defeat Vs Blackburn to cancel it out.
  23. I can't really judge him at this stage, he seems to be doing a decent job and he seems honest and forthright which is a refreshing change, rather than providing lame excuses or over protecting his players or staying tight lipped. There's a lot wrong we need to right for sure, some of which maybe short term but some of which will take longer and so we need to be patient. If we're still in the thick of it post Xmas, I'll be happy with that. Obviously if we start turning draws into defeats then we have a problem. But as long as we avoid a string of duck eggs, I'm still with him.
  24. We're shit and we know we are..... Second half anyway. Absolutely dire.
  25. The falsest dawn of all false dawns
