But the tattooist has already started, the legends name and face is all over my upper arm, Rudkin this is on you (well on me but his fault)

I think it was quoted somewhere that he's played enough games so far that his return can't be forced but if all 3 parties (the 2 clubs and the player) are in agreement for a return then it can happen.

Being pro-active I've put Luke Thomas on ebay. Boston United have offered a tenner plus p&p, let's do this!

Right now in the Sky office they’re drawing straws to see which reporter gets sent to Seagrave. Bring a good book mate and dream of better reporting jobs such as sitting on a bench at Loch Ness for a day because a p***ed bloke saw a bit of car type bobbing about in the water in 1953. UFO landing in Bradgate Park? Unicorn racing at Oadby racecourse? Gary Taylor Fletcher coming out of a salad bar? The Leicester to Stansted train coming in on time (now I’m being ridiculous I know)!

Now that Hermansen is fit would it make sense to find a loan for Iverson (I would say Ward but there’s no chance anyone would take him)? Just free up a bit of wage and help him in his profile. Thomas and Alves to go out on loan, if we can get a winger in I’d let MacAteer go out too. I believe you can sign free agents after the deadline and that some countries clubs can still sign from us for a day or two after tomorrow….sorry to prolong the agony. We need some new, different faces, guys who haven’t recently lost 8 in 9 games and we need to stop being lemmings jumping off the cliff and do something different. The Eduard situation is a huge frustration, using up a crucial loan place, we could not afford any wastage this season, it’s really restricting our options.

Everton 4-0 LCFC, post match thread

Just seen that first goal! Liverpool Council have just received the planning permission request from Vestergaard to change direction. For the 3rd neither CB knew where Beto was and there were several incidents of Winks and Faes just walking, so no more “100%”, “Give it everything” bulls**t quotes, we can see what you are. Make them watch the 90 minutes then say “if you’re happy with your performance you can leave the room, everyone else will stay and watch it again.” -
The Bournemouth at home in the relegation season under the care of P.E. Teachers, it was as if the players had never met each other. Fulham away soon after, the way they gave up, particularly Tielemans and Soumare, was disgraceful particularly considering what was at stake.

For at least one of Forests goals he was way infield, his man could have had a picnic before putting his cross in. I started singing “Are you Justin in disguise” admitadley a f*****g great disguise losing 55% of your height. Going forward he can be almost unplayable and I’ve always enjoyed watching him for that but as a nominal defender in a defence that already sees defending as a foreign language, I can’t see how he’ll keep the score down

I was looking for minuses as in we would have been better off starting with ten men but for their detrimental involvement! -
They’d even f**k that up, they’d have half a bread roll between two sausages and Vestergaard would be so slow it would be cold by the time he handed it to you.

Lou Reed, Louie Bega, Louise…..I think Lou’s are appropriate.

His next gear up is “stop”

The minute we knew Fatawu would be out for the season we should have been scouting for somebody to come in on Jan 1st or whenever window opens. Here we are 5 or so games later still fielding Ayew with the back up threat of the mighty MacAteer off the bench. We pick defenders who are almost guaranteed to gift a goal or two per game through mistakes then pat them on the back and hand them a shirt for the next match. The market is hard, players don’t want to come etc, but surely we can at least find a foreign loanee who just wants to put himself in the shop window at PL level, just someone different who hasn’t lost 8 in 9 games recently.

Don't give Everton any encouragement or gifts, keep them quiet, silence the crowd (or turn them into whingers), then hopefully a football match will break out and on availability of a balanced side I think we have the better hand and better flow. They won't be as high up or gung ho as Spurs but are there for the taking. Let's do this, 2-1 City

Patrick Wimmer - enquired about loan, Wolfsburg only want to sell
fazzyfox replied to Lambert09's topic in Transfer Talk
I do get the feeling that this is something we had been genuinely looking at for next summer but our circumstances and realisation that we might not have PL status in the summer means that at either end there's a thought of "why not bring it forward". If he can help to make the difference towards staying up or being relegated then it just brings things forward a few months but with the gamble on his side that he'll be a Championship player come May. If we stay up, his club are happy with the fee, he has a few likely PL years ahead of him then it's a Wim Wim situation . -
I agree. It should of course be "Why Aren't we signing no players innit?

For the Wolves debacle they should have run out to the Muppet Show theme, as tannoy man announces, "Your Number 1....... it's Daaaaany Waaaard"

I was reading the Spurs forum on Sunday (had to be done ) and several posters mention their music at the end of recent games being excessively loud under alleged instruction in order to cover the boos and Levy out chants! Not saying ours are for that reason but yes I agree it’s too full on at ours.

There's two issues, not bringing anyone else in and not bringing anyone else in yet. If we do drag in a journeyman, a has-been and a never-will-be, kicking and screaming whilst prodded with a stick by their agent on Monday we'll resent the fact they could have contributed towards the Palace and Fulham matches and perhaps helped us to a better result. The reasons previously listed here regarding restrictions and problems moving on existing players are all valid, realistically if we do get anyone else in it's likely to be Monday evening, with all due respect to our club we ain't their first choice right now but as time ticks down and other clubs get their prime targets we suddenly become back in favour with the agents and players looking for a move. It's not ideal, you want players who want to be here, you don't want a last minute scramble where anything could happen to fax up the deal. My gut feeling is we'll move on one other, likely Thomas, maybe an U-23 or two on loan, bring in a so-so underwhelming loan signing from abroad then claim to have tried gallantly to get Willian but alas, sigh, shrug, simply ran out of time, who'd have thought. Not fully utilizing both PL loan spots this season is a criminal waste, using one of them and a chunk of salary to have a guy jog around Seagrave and be in the stand (if he is) on match days when we could instead be asking a top 6 club to loan a keen vibrant young CB / LB / CF or winger this week is excruciating, where was the research, the longer term thought (beyond Daka's injury)?

So it was "Esas Botas Studos Wrongos, Slippety Dippitty Doosos" shouted in a slow patronising one Syllable at a time way (or is that just how the English speak Spanish) -
Suffolk via Cambridge. Travel early in case of cancellations and delays - up at 5, out 5:50, bus 6:10, train 8:00, in Leicester by 10, pub 12::00 match (well it can’t all be fun), pub til 8, train, bus, home at midnight. All totally worth it for the Fulham s**tshow
