Today, in game (I’d have given us no chance beforehand) was a perfect opportunity to grab something. A point, some intent, some hope, anything. -

I’ve always understood hating a club, but I genuinely strongly dislike all of their players. I wish for things to happen to them that I don’t think I’d be allowed to post online. -
I’ll take £200 with anyone that he won’t have played 150 PL games (90s) by 2035.

Seriously, fxck this guy. If he’s going, I don’t blame him. The system is broken, it’ll never be not broken. Move on, close the academy (as all smaller clubs should) and let them develop everyone themselves. I’m tired of this nonsense

Been hearing rumours that Vestergaard’s dog has penned a deal and will slot in at fullback.

I don’t think he’s necessarily a bad manager, but he wasn’t good here. That was my point. Exactly, if you’re sacking managers at the rate we are, they’re either not good enough, the squad isn’t good enough or both. Whoever’s in charge of the two needs to go also. But we already know this, unfortunately I think the Championship season and the Enzo appointment probably banked the Teflon individuals enough credit. -

Regardless how many had this line of thought, it’s shortsighted and immature. Turned out he was crap, but I think we were expecting that regardless of his previous work. -
Looks like we’ve finally solved our issues at right back at least.

Kristianson making sure he blocks any shots into the advertising hoarding.
-
How do we look like we’ve constantly got a man less??
-
Unfortunately I doubt we’ll stop at 6. This side has turned me into the most negative version of myself ever!
-
I cannot stand the bloke.
-
Nathan flippin Collins taking half the side out running with the ball at 5mph. Jeeez
-
This is true.

If Vardy puts that away, it’s goal of the season.

Yeah! Also, I’m not necessarily saying they’re good players, but they are being asked to do a tough job.

I’ve said it many times, but the role our full backs play means they’re pretty much always on a hiding to nothing. This comes down to the whole side being poor (high turnover of possession). The distance they cover, at pace must be draining for even the fittest players. To get forward and get back relentlessly and be able to be in the position they want, engage opponents or come up with a quality ball is borderline impossible. Put almost any decent fullback/wingback in their place and they’d struggle. The ones in better sides look good as a product of the teams performance/dominance.

Definitely. I wasn’t singling out your post, it just fit the theme of what was being said. Yours just happened to be the latest one and I quoted it.

This aside… it won’t be long before we have Susan and Jon performing lobotomies as part of a pre-requisite entry requirement. Really feel for the ones banned without justification. Such a massive part of life taken away without reason.

Well it depends on how the words are put across doesn’t it. Verbal abuse to other fans (especially our own), staff or the police isn’t really on. Nobody needs to hear some steaming bloke screaming c*** at people when they’ve gone to watch the football. A few choice words can be let go but there has to be a line. Giving a strong opinion whether in person or online should be fine and un-punishable. I’m certainly not on the clubs side. I’ve led far from a sheltered life, not much fazes me and I’ve acted in ways I shouldn’t have. However some things you see/hear at the football, usually from the small minority are embarrassing. It’s usually someone who can’t handle their ale deciding they want to be the loudest voice in the vicinity. FWIW, I don’t know who most of the posts in here are in reference to and I’m speaking in general terms rather than specifics.

Neighbours were having some work done on their outhouse and some of the guttering needed installing from my garden… no problem, although I wasn’t aware at the time. Minding my own business, I see a tradesmen saunter down my drive and into the back garden. Collared him and asked him what he was doing. He explained, I suggested he knocked and asks first in future. He then proceeded to cut the uPVC on my lawn ready to fit. Told him to get back round and do it next door. He said ‘how am I supposed to know the dimensions from round there?’ offered him a pencil and told him to get lost! Sometimes I can’t decide whether folk are dumb, ignorant or just plain rude!

Had one in 2006, it was bloody brilliant.

They loved him, we hated him. Not surprising really.
