Make the obligation an option and maybe

I think people over-react a bit. We've only really lost KDH, who Hamer is probably not far off, and otherwise our side was significantly better than Sheff United's last year.
-
I thought he did alright for them, tbh. Given how dreadful they were in general, he managed 10 direct goal contributions from centre mid. You could have had Messi in that team and he'd have done little. Their entire squad just wasn't prepared for it.

Also think a lot of the "Leicester is a shit hole" crowd have only ever been to Leicester and famously beautiful holiday destinations.
-
Not really. He's hardly going rock up on the Monsell is he. He's going to live in a house worth a few million somewhere in the county which is pretty beautiful. He's got a pretty quick commute to London and he pretty much never had to step foot in Leicester City centre.

Premier League 24/25 Pre-season guff (misc talking points)

He will because the instructions won't change. I accept we're going to waste everyone we sign at the moment. But most of these players will be here longer than Cooper so it doesn't matter too much.

That sounds like fan speculation trying to add a narrative to be honest.

We need more than one new player to play in the three behind the striker if that's how he's lining up.

Oh just **** off with your optimism and excitement, read the room. -
Doak would be a huge risk and quite likely isn't ready and Fofana isn't good enough at all. Neither should be starting over what we have.

You wouldn't if you saw Abraham's goalscoring record lately. He had one half decent season in Rome and has been otherwise shocking.
-
There was never any credible link and way back when he first got linked to clubs apparently Blackburn put a 20m price tag on him. He'd be an awful signing at that. I personally doubt we're interested at all frankly and I don't think he'd be an amazing fit for the actual plan. That said, I think we'll spend a lot of time this year parking the bus and countering so maybe he'd be good. But again, not for that kind of fee.

Are you new here?

I mean they're not even in Europe next year. We'll pay more, give him more exposure, he might not even need to move house or certainly not far. Not exactly like the weather and lifestyle are going to be vastly different either is it.

If you deleted every mention of Patson Daka from Transfer Talk, including mine FWIW, I swear the average thread would be two pages long.
