Wilfred Ndidi Joins Beşiktaş On Permanent Deal

In a world of uncertainty, Wilf was a real anchor. If the ball fell nicely to him on the edge, you could be one hundred per cent sure that it was getting shanked right over the bar. -
Enzo also said (through Ballague) that for a club to compete at the top level the offices had to be filled with elite-minded people, not just the dressing room

This Hermansen deal doesn't look the best...

Turkey tends to pay fairly high wages i think. That and a signing on fee, it's probably good business for him. He'll be playing for massive crowds and the football will be less physically intense and demanding than here, I can see the upsides. -
Replace prime Wilf, the mobile defence-screening ball winner that anchored the side and allowed Tielemans to do his business? Sure Replace the Wilf we have at the moment, who had limited success as a high 8 but doesn't really have the feet to play out, doesn't seem to own the tackling like he used to and doesn't have much pace? I don't think we need to. Unfortunately we've got a glut of central midfielders but we don't have the box-crasher or the ball winner at the moment. I'd like a midfielder who can give opponents a headache on the edge of both boxes.

This is absolutely the case. Same with the highly visible support for their very weird, very unsavoury royal family that it is illegal to criticise.

Their Reddit sub is massively celebrating this incredible coup -
They need someone to replace Ben Foster in the 'annoying social media' role

Right! Fuel up the bus, there's six months left on the MOT. I like Cifuentes so far, our wingers are looking tasty in preseason, the Championship is full of toss. Everything's been miserable for too long. Sod it, I'm buying a ticket and I'm sitting at the back with a Tesco bag of cold Estrellas and a pork pie.

And if they do want to come, I'm sure Wout Faes will beat them off -
I genuinely don't think it would be good for the club. This squad needs to redefine itself with a new dynamic and some new leaders.

I feel like the early days of Enzo were more chaotic, in a positive sense, and we got the ball forward more incicively due to player movement. The Liverpool game early on was a good example, we were breaking the lines more and it seemed like the wingers had more licence. As things progressed we seemed to be more bogged down. -
He isn't Sean Dyche He isn't Sean Dyyyyyyche Marti Cifuentes He isn't Sean Dyche

Eh, if they pull their fingers out and start making good decisions then fine. I'd rather these guys start performing than not. Then they can show that they've learned from their mistakes, get the City back on track, I can win the lottery and get a tuggie off Scarlett Johansson

Don't worry, every time we've been in a similar situation in the last few years it's always worked out fine
