  1. How insecure about yourself did you get where it got to the point where you felt the need to start a thread with those view? Bizarre.
  2. First of all where's your actual evidence of corruption in refereeing, other than a few bad decisions, emotion and bias? Secondly if the sport is so corrupt then why do you watch it? I wouldn't want to associate with something so corrupt if I thought as such. Weird nonsense as ever from the tin foil foxestalk
  3. I suppose that penalty and red card is corrupt as well? Set of wet wipes on this thread tonight
  4. Been listening to The Race podcast preview of this. Seems to be that these power units are shit with so much conserving in corners to charge the battery, potentially leading to processional races. "Qualifying will be lap one" is the summation from one of them. Not exactly building it up to be a thrill-filled festival of racing...
  5. Akin to college football at the minute. They've just had their second 12-team playoff, upped from four. 12 teams works great - a good variety of teams, good games and intrigue. But the college divisions just can't help but stand in their own way. They already want 16 teams, some want 24 teams. Diluting not only the actual value of the playoffs themselves but the regular season games. FIFA doing the same with the World Cup, too. They just can't help themselves.
  6. This isn't a hot take by any means, but there's absolutely no way Spurs don't shithouse their way out of it and escape like Everton did a couple of times. They'll find a way - even if their relegation would be absolutely hilarious. Even more so if they somehow managed to win the UCL.
  7. No pressure, James, but the "change" we were hoping for all falls on you. We know exactly what we're getting with the rest. (Chances of James becoming KP fanboy and failing upwards himself? Likely.)
  8. I've been thinking this. What IS their turning point? I've no doubt that relegation, administration or financial hardship in the future would likely be blamed on the PL or EFL for corruption, being against us or punishing us for winning the league. It won't be KP. After that this protest movement will get the finger for creating a negative atmosphere that caused the downfall. Rodgers/Cooper/Marti will also be the fall guys. Maybe even Whelan. At some point you've gotta stop blaming the factors that aren't the core issue. I know we've got a couple of KPFC on here. Could you tell us how low we need to go before you yourselves call out the hopeless mismanagement we've had over the last few years?
  9. Thought the same. Ground is quiet a lot ofc but today felt different. It felt eerie when it was silent.
  10. Stumbled across this very zanily-presented video on YouTube the other day The comment section is hilarious, it's like a bingo-card of boring "back in the day it was so much better" people.
  11. Quite. It is a bit weird when people want to see players get injured and allow dangerous tackles like that to go unpunished just cos they might have got away with it "back in the day."
  12. Lol thread is just the classic bickering. This club is doomed cos the fans can't agree on the way to protest. No wonder he'll never leave
  13. Feel like a Australia/NZ should be next on the agenda. Love me an early kick off, anyway, but criminal that we're handing out repeat world cups to countries having not gone there yet. France for me, too, if we're doing pure nostalgia.
  14. I'd turn up early for the game tbh. The club get a whiff of any momentum for this and they'll be patting down every single man, woman and child before the game. No exceptions.
  15. You lot always trot out this line. Is the stoney silence and whining every time they play it out from the back or a misplaced pass part of this "always back the lads mantra?" Does "always back the lads" mean you were applauding them off last night for a 'super effort'? If you booed or grumbled last night at that capitulation I'm afraid that is not "always backing the lads" If you want to go with your young kids (always a good thing to use aswell to justify going) then that really is okay. But please don't pretend you "always back the lads" you don't. No one does, let's be honest. Unless we have a very different definition of what always "backing the lads" is.
  16. The only reason I say no is because it just feels like this is never ending. Only way to affect real change, it seems, with the fanbase and the ownership, is relegation. Finish 20th and it'll be a "well we got caught out and the EFL had a vendetta but we'll go again." I just feel like we're going to circle the drain and escape the clutches of League One, meaning we're in for this again next year. Just like in 2008, this club needs a massive jolt. We had one in 2023 ironically and did nothing about it. If we do go down maybe it will instigate something.
  17. Most definitely - a great way to control - control what people drink, how much people drink (and see anyone drinking too much) and most importantly steal the ££ pubs make (and sell more tat along the way) It'd be interesting to see the impact of ours and the negative effect. I wonder how many who genuinely would usually pub it pre-match use the sanitised club controlled area.
  18. This is insane. This is what we're up against, folks. This kind of cultist behaviour really need to stop.
  19. "not a red card" Same people who would be crying if that was on one of our players and only got a yellow. Lol
  20. Lovely goal. I wonder if the referees are being leant on to let us score. Makes you think.
  21. Don't do that. Don't dabble in being a conspiratorial arsehole. You're such a good poster usually. Don't start being a whopper.
  22. Chant against the EFL today and you're nothing more than a KPFC loyalist and KPFC mouthpiece, frankly. Part of the problem.
  23. Isn't there a small difference between seeing your three mates arrested for something they didn't do in front of the world's media and having something to prove. Versus pathetic senior management and financial incompetence over a three year period and getting rightfully punished for what we've done?
  24. Anyone spouting the nonsense about PL being out to get us, or WOT ABOUT MAN CITY EH is talking nonsense. This is our own downfall. Don't inadvertently side with Top and his incompetence by thinking this is some grand conspiracy against us. This is all on us. All of it. And as for Winter on the "grief stricken" nonsense. Can we just state now that in the two and a half years after Vichai died we finished fifth twice, won 9-0 away from home in a nine game PL winning run and won the FA Cup. This wasn't grief. It was sheer incompetence. Do not let them get away with this on emotions and blaming others. Don't do it.
  25. My favourite part of the day is being treated like an away fan on entering the ground. My second favourite part is the seeming random selection they do to search people for the pat down on the way in. The people who do it just seem to go on gut instinct or who they fancy giving a pat down to. No set rhyme or reason. No policy. No logic. Just whatever the zero hour lads decide they want to do.
