Took an awfully long time for Sunderland to turn it around…..they were where we are, appoint manager, allow signings, sack manager, appoint new manager, sell signed players cheaply, sign new players and repeat the process, for over ten years…..it will take us as long…….

Our transfer kitty is reflective of who we have signed……we are unable to sign anyone who commands a fee……Oscar Bobb £27mill to Fulham for a Manchester City reserve, we are not able to get anywhere near that….nor will we be for some time……first priority, stop losing, clean sheet, stay up……..

Nobody knows the many sides to the Winks/Manager alleged fallout(s)…Winks a seasoned player, Spurs, England, Europe, may well be quite well qualified to advise that the managers might not know what they are doing, based on who he worked with previously. Andy King needs Harry Winks unless he wants to go the same way as Cooper, RVN or Marti…only quicker..and has nothing to lose by playing him….like I say, he’ll start at Birmingham……

Love him or hate him, he was better on the ball than all of our midfielders, and put a shift in….we have never needed him more, are paying him whether he plays or not so let’s use him. He will start at Birmingham……are we all good mates with the people we work with or do we do it for the money….similarly do our bosses like us, or pay us to do the job….I suspect it’s the latter
