Which wingers are you thinking?

On the face of it we have acquired Winks & Coady, we have lost Maddison, Tielemans, Mendy,Soyuncu, Amartey, and possibly Barnes, Castagne, Kel, Ricardo & Wilf Whichever way I look at it, we clearly need more players, of the right quality, and we have under 4 weeks to gather at least 4 more players, predominantly midfielders and forwards, otherwise as a squad we’ll be miles behind squad depth over the last few years….

If a player doesn’t want to sign they won’t sign…..and the reason for not signing a new deal isn’t to do with money. Therefore the DOF can’t win, offer the player more he doesn’t sign….keep him and he leaves for free a La Tielemans, or sell him at a price that isn’t what the club wants but is a whole lot better than nothing in a years time….oh and we can’t afford his wages……basically the player holds all the ace cards

Can’t help wondering why Sheff Utd aren’t in for him….

Maybe the player himself doesn't want to take the pay cut........no point keeping a player who isn't motivated to stay at a lower level....

The club surely develops players and they know they will at some point have a decision to make about keeping or selling. Just my opinion, Tielemans, we got wrong,Maddison about right, Fofana and Maguire off the radar right….it is Barnes time, club needs revenue, play a league lower than West Ham…..he will go, it’s right for him, the club, and we go again……

Pretty sure N’Golo isn’t going for the shopping, nor the scenery, not even the lovely weather….it’s more about the significant dollar per day tax free he’ll be banking….oh and from memory didn’t he drive a Mini whilst at the King Power?

Shopping restaurants that’s it? As already stated, major sporting occasions, concerts, beach resorts……and as someone has alluded to, they can be in Asia within hours….not denying it’s a different life, but have to say it has its good points for living….and of course international player come home every couple of months……

Not for one minute did I suggest it was, but like time has with us, they will change and already are….not sure how many people commenting on here have visited the country, but it needs to change, as oil will not be the driver of the economy in years to come, the need to diversify is essential…..twenty years ago tourism in Dubai was relatively tiny, now it’s not…..

as the old saying goes old mate that was then, this is now........Saudi Arabia will become a holiday destination, just like Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Oman, Egypt, great beaches, superb blue seas......and sport will (alreadty has) follow it.....who pays the price, gets the prize.....

Naive in the extreme....having worked in the Country for 2.5 years it is a country on the change......they won't stop buying up players.....or paying the salaries......2 hour 40 flight time Dubai - Jeddah ...... golf, grand prix, boxing, concerts......if Qatar can host a World Cup, the Saudi's will go one better......finally I agree with their appalling human rights record, but was our slavery record the same thing at a different period in history?

Saudi’s signing far better/higher profile/ younger players than China ever did…..far more chance of building a league players want to play in…..might play in Saudi, but can live in Dubai, Qatar etc etc….

KDH all day long, good Championship experience with Luton, we are a league lower, he is an excellent player, who could hold the role for a good few years.He leads by example, workmate, attitude, tackling. Vardy Evans Albrighton too old will need changing again within one or two seasons. We have Iversen, Thomas, Souttar, Faes, Kristiansen, KDH, Soumare, JJ, Daka, plus a smattering of over 25’s with decisions to make…..we will be fine….KDH next 3 years….he will be proud and thrive…. we are entering a new era, by all means keep Evans and Vards, but one season only….time the much touted Reset…..

Try going in tomorrow and publicly criticise your boss……good luck…..

We might be in a league lower, a league where Luton, Coventry Sunderland have thrived. Iversen Justin Souttar/ Faes/ Amartey Castagne/Thomas KDH Praet Ricardo Soumare Vardy/Daka/ Kel Accept we will lose key players if we do go down, finances really tighten if we don’t go back up in first season Vardy became the Premier league player he was after the championship Obviously need a defensive mid I would suggest that set of players are “better” than any of the three teams listed in first line….anyway 90 minutes to go yet….

So let me get this right, drop Belgiums full back, and Denmarks full back, leave Luke Thomas out and then play a man who hasn't played for two years? You must have relatives in Rotherham.....

West Ham is interesting, Man City a today, Man United h , Brentford a, then Leeds h then us away.....it is possibly both Leeds and our most winnable games, with conference 2 legger in the middle.....can't see them getting much from next three games, if they lost last two, they could well be in the mix.....

What makes you think they aren’t? Youri’s goal, Maddison man of the match at Leeds, of course they are bothered I really find it hard to understand where you are coming from

Tielemans will start.....

Tarkowski, Keane, O’Neill all played for Burnley, Gray wasn’t a regular in ours, Coady,Garner,Maupay all released/sold take DCL Pickford and Awobi out and they are not a good eleven, not sure they have responded to Dyche either….that said first half they certainly out them under pressure…..we need to be on it from the off….come on!!!
