The charge is there but we don’t know how much of that is owed to the bank. for example, a business may borrow a million quid and secure it against its stock. The stock might be worth £3m. That doesn’t mean the business has borrowed 3m. Just that this is the security for the 1m loan.

One of the notable things about mukasa was the way he changed from Pirlo to junior Lewis within three weeks of being here! either he realised the crap he was being asked to play with wasn’t worth the effort or Rowett asked him to play a different role than in those first few games.

Maybe one of the journos can ask him if he took some of the youth out of the squad to protect them or because he felt the task needed experience. And how many of the experienced players had successfully fought a relegation battle ??

Regarding page I’d like to believe that Rowett with his experience saw an environment wasn’t conducive to a player of page’s age and decided to shield him from it. I mean we have no idea how the kid was coping mentally. I don’t believe that’s true but it’s a tiny possibility ! the commitment we made to Monga on his scholar contract where he gets a very good wage at 18 is looking a bust with us where we now are. For burnham to be elected leader of the party (and therefore pm) he needs a seat. To stand for a seat his nomination has to be approved by the labour NEC. There are people on that nec who want the top job (or are v close to those who do). I don’t see him getting a seat because I don’t see his nomination being approved until the next GE.

If they’re not sold could easily be in a situation where we have to sell half a dozen young players to finance the salaries of BDCR, hamza, Thomas, skipp etc. those players that we can’t sell because no one will take on their wages.
