Glad I was in meetings all day and missed the first 2 sessions to be honest absolute horror show. We're watching our young all-rounder come of age this season. Sky's the limit, what a player.

Not necessarily a bad thing, as long as those wickets are taken quickly and consistently (which they have been). He hasn't really bowled in favourable conditions this summer yet. It does look like he'll go on to be a batting all-rounder but he's over 10 years away from his peak as a spinner, and his googly is already superb. Just needs to work on his stock ball.

They do look an absolute shambles now- I know their attack was weakened by injuries early on but the batting now seems to be faltering.

A win would be fantastic and basically confirms promotion, but it's a game we can't afford to lose. Especially now that Glamorgan look likely to win.

Glamorgan all over Kent... we could probably do with a win here to cement our place at top.

Fingers crossed. A lot of batting to come, but not much margin for error now.

Unbelievable. We go from bowling first with a weakened attack in the most bat-friendly conditions possible, to choosing to not play the 5-man seam attack which got us to the top of the league under low cloud cover and putting ourselves in. Looks like a horrible decision.

Still got mine. I've played 5-a-side in it occasionally for 15+ years and it still looks brand new- oddly, it's probably one of the best-made and durable kits we've ever had. An absolute monstrosity at the time but I'm quite fond of it now.

So they've released 2 sets of training gear/tat before the home kit? Makes sense.

I'd like to say I'm shocked about us going down the dodgy overseas gambling sponsor route AGAIN (despite the concerns raised around BC Game), but I'm not. It's completely on brand with us these days. That template which we look to have got on 2 kits is an absolute shit sandwich. Tacky and generic as it gets. We're going to look every bit the 2 bob championship outfit we've become this season.

Yeah I'm fine with this one. Not the exciting up and coming coach or 'safe bet' we would have ideally wanted, but chances are he'll do things in the way I want it to be run at the moment in terms of playing style, youth development and potentially tapping into markets our recruitment team have never heard of. Him in charge and a load of academy lads in the side? I'll get behind that no problem.

Would probably do us a favour if we were, under the current recruitment structure.
