We've got to show we are better than other Clubs by making sure they also get a good education alongside their football education. That's something parents can resonate with and give us the best chance to keep them here and achive our Goals.

Wout to Monaco (loan with ~€8m option, official)
Clever Fox replied to CloudFox's topic in Transfer Talk
We most certainly do need some physicality in the team. We're are too soft all over the pitch and worse still is we have no minders in hte team. That lad Darling looks a very good prospect and scores goals would be a good start if we can get him. Playing alongside Nelson might be a good start. Okoli is probably going. I'd get rid of the other two also if I could and start over with fresh faces with something to prove. -
The few times I saw Alves play he never looked ready, So I wasn't surprised when he didn't establish himself at Cardiff. But he's still young and time to grow a little more. It's not always about ability sometimes it's more to do with the physicality in the Championship.

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR
Clever Fox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I hope you are right on all counts. -
He really needs to go. He's promised a lot but never delivered. You would think with working with one of the best he should have learnt something. He may go somwhere else and score a lot of goals but we need a fresh start regardless. Preferable 2 strikers if we can afford them. Someone like Howard, who is strong in the air and can hold the Ball up. and someone like Lineker, Curry or Dickov. with Finishers instincts. The one thing we have to get right is someone must score goals, otherwise we'll struggle all season.

I'm sure he's losing a lot of Sleep over it.

Lets just hope their players are on a Beach somewehre on Sunday.

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

Yes, I'd say it was legal advice. It wouldn't look right as if we claimed they didn't have jurisdiction over us, But then supplied the Accounts complying with their rules. -

That's exactly my interpretation. My understanding is we won the case because they had no legal jurisdiction to enforce their rules in the Championship. They voted to breakaway from the other leagues , So how could they think they could enforce their will on the Championship. I can't wait for the Regulator to be appointed to properly and fairly regulate football. Or I'd love a wealthy Football Fan to challenge a lot of these unfair rules in Court. -

How can you say Man city is irrelevant. How long does it take the PL to come to a conclusion on 115 breaches. It's been nearly two years. Each case should be concluded within the closed season. Our legal challenge just exposed a glaring schoolboy legal error in the Premier league rules. They should be congratulating us for doing them a favour. -
He's still young. If he keeps working hard and continues his upward progress he'll be a top keeper. He's an excellent shot stopper and better at crosses than either Mads or Kasper. I've every confidence he'll be number one for a few years until he's poached away.

A lovely interview by Tyler. Ir still brought a tear to my eye watching Morgan lift that League winning Trophy.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Clever Fox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I think I'd sooner keep Ruud on the proviso that he leaves for nothing if he's not doing ok after 3 months. It would give him a chance to sign some of his own players and rebuild his reputation -
So is it Still, Rohl we're after.

Ben Nelson - loan to Oxford United - Official

Look what it's done for KDHs career. Lost among two many top players and only getting fleeting appearances. Ban should be very wary making such a move this year. -
The first game I'll miss in quite a while. Playing in a Charity Golf event instead. I've every confidence he'll score today and we'll go on to win the game. I think Delap is the only one we need to worry about. Enjoy the final home game lads.
-
Don't you realise he'll be substituted 20 minutes or so before the end of the game. Then a big wave to everyone and disappear down the tunnel.
-
While I can see your point of view and you have to respect him for thinking of his wife. In the interest of the club he should have listened to Ruud and negotiated a compromise instead of refusing point blank. That aside while he's a tidy footballer, he's not what we need. Not strong enough in tackling , looses possession too easily and was the cause of quite a few of the goals we conceded. Take targeted him into mistakes. I actually like what Ruud has said we need for the new season. Physically bigger and stronger players who are a lot Fitter. While we need a bit more also, that's a good place to start. Especially in the Championship where Refs are more lenient. if we can get our money back for him, I'd take it and move on.
-
The long throw can be a good weapon. But we don't make proper use of his long throw. We should have Vesty or Faces near the 6 yd line heading it back out to the edge of the box for someone to score from. Because that is where the space is. I like him, it's just a pity he's not a bit taller.
-
I hope he never plays for us again.
-
Both were out of form at the time. Even Cooper wouldn't play them. Someone might do it differently but I doubt it with that squad.
-
A great goal from Bueno.
-
Most of what you say is down to the players. Where's the pace, in our team, where's creativity, You have to have players who want to do it. I'm not suggesting he has been great. But the problems where there before he came in.
-
You simply can't do it without the players. He's had a terrible squad to work with.
-
If he gave a shit he wouldn't have let GW cross the ball for the Goal
