Think this is a one major thing being overlooked. The complete lack of communication and honesty from those at the top has the whole fan base basically guessing the state of everything and never really knowing the truth. That means everybody is going to draw their own conclusions and form their own opinions on who's to blame, if anyone. The lack of coherence within the club has led to a lack of coherence off it. Honestly, the most unforgivable thing in this whole debacle is the disgusting, and I mean absolutely disgusting lack of communication, honesty, integrity and transparency from everyone at the club, top to bottom, including Top, Rudkin, players, ex players. The silence has been deafening. The evidential omerta that exists at the club with people that matter to fans being literally unable to say what they think is grim, pathetic, cowardly, disgusting.

Football is shit at this level and above, let's be honest. Run by corrupt organisations, corrupt club owners, and entitled player with literally every new rule and regulation designed to protect a few and destroy the many. I realise lately I genuinely dont even like football much anymore.

Done my early year target - basically set a 10K PB. I set two, but I can now say I HATE 10KM RACES. Just an awful distance. If you set off too quick, you're spent by 5K, if you start too slow there just isn't enough distance to reel it back in so basically you have to run at 95% effort the whole way round. No ta. Rest of the Year, I've got two halves, one in 6 weeks then Leicester half in October. The nearest one isn't ideal for a good time as it's lumpy, so will be happy to just try and get sub 2 hours for that. Leicester half I'd love to do sub 1h 45. In between those Id like to try and run a sub-20minute 5k Parkrun at Vicky Park. Keep on running...
