  1. Just read over on Bentleys that we've scored a grand total of eleven goals in 2025. Is that right? CBA to do yet more research into how crap we are.
  2. That line goes round and round in my head too. I've gone for Rodgers not being sacked far, far sooner as the start. Also, signing half the defence of a team you've thrashed 9-0 at their place, wasn't a good move and, more recently, hiring a coach of a team you still managed to beat 6-0, despite being in the middle of a terrible run ourselves.
  3. Indeed - in front of 20 odd thousand of your own fans. So what are they like out of the public gaze at the holiday camp? Little effort put in there I reckon, leading to being miles off the pace in matches.
  4. I think they're miles off match fitness. I noticed VK blowing hard and looking knackered after only about 20 mins into the match.
  5. Figure of speech. However, I would place happy clappers and those who laugh at our ineptitude in the same camp - neither will bring about change sadly.
  6. Still don't get why the shit show you rightly describe is something to laugh about. It makes me weep. Perhaps you should change your username?
  7. And that's funny because?
  8. It makes you feel great......
  9. I once had a girl called Sharon Fruit. Who looked great in her birthday suit. Next.......
  10. Probably won't been seen out and about too often but if he is spotted somewhere and folk shout, 'Mr. Windsor, Mr. Windsor, he'll be well pi$$Ed off. I was going to put Royally pi$$Ed off, but not now.
  11. Wish he had resigned here a damn sight sooner, instead of derailing us big time.
  12. As per the rather obvious advice put forward in that article, I once suggested to my daughter that she could put on a pullover instead of turning the heating up. One of the bravest things I ever did.
  13. Worked with Walshie up front all those years ago
  14. At what cost? Personally I would want at least £200 to take it off your hands - which is a bargain. Plenty would want far more than that. Another solution, give it to someone you really don't like.
  15. Our players would be claiming benefits and their children going to breakfast clubs
  16. I think he was looking at the boards previous incisive and prompt action in these situations
  17. Did anybody congratulate the goalie for the penalty save? Didn't see anyone. Tells you exactly where the squad is if that's the case. Edit: See the same question has been asked above.
  18. Poor start by the relegated clubs.
  19. Fireworks going off at all hours is annoying, whether it's during Diwali or Bonfire Night. I do think the law regarding this is also unfair The law says you must not set off fireworks between 23:00 and 07:00, except for Bonfire Night (when the cut-off is midnight) and New Year's Eve, Diwali and Chinese New Year, when the cut off is 01:00. Bonfire Night has been a tradition in this country for hundreds of years, Diwali is, in comparison, quite new to this land yet there is this disparity with the rules.
  20. We also used to have dripping sandwiches.
  21. Was watching The Ridge on BBC 2. I had to give-up after 15 mins. It was filmed in that fast paced, trendy and dynamic hand held camera type of way. To me it's like the cameraman is having a seizure.
  22. I can add spray foam insulation, applied between roofing rafters to that list. My Father in Law was entitled for a grant to have this that work carried out totally free of charge. When he died, we quickly realised it made the house totally unsellable. A sizable sum of his estate went on paying for a new roof.
  23. I despise those pair. I was merely relaying a fact, pertinent to the OPs question. I could have gone further with such instances, including forced marriage cases, during my time working for Adult Social Care.
  24. I don't think single men would be unable to find a partner per se. Within their community here, I don't know, but several colleagues from work bought in wives from overseas. I do wonder how common this practice is?
  25. Going back to Absolute *** of our time......
