It's crazy how few pubs there are around such a big inner city area. Particularly good ones. The area between the west of the city, say from Crows Nest/Napier and Blackbird there is barely anything, even stretching past/towards Abbey Park. That includes the rest of Frog Island, Newfoundpool, Tudor Road etc. Even going towards Westcotes, New Parks etc there isn't a lot. In fact, is there even a pub in New Parks anymore? That's a pretty big estate to not have an actual pub. We have a few good pubs, but it's just not a good city for drinking culture away from the actual centre, and even that is limited.

You just don't get it do you?
