  1. Pod being recorded tomorrow, so should be out tomorrow night. Out of interest as our recording has been a bit erratic in recent months but keen to get everyone's views. Do you think we should have a set day/time we do a pod and we shouldn't really deviate from that regardless of commitments etc? Or happy with it being as and when we can do it? Something along the lines of if we play Fri/Sat then pod to be available by Sunday night, if we play Sunday then pod available by Monday night?
  2. It's a good article but it doesn't give many examples and is specific to winning the title. Right now I think most would snap your hand off for 2nd 😂
  3. 6 wins on the spin would put us possibly only 1-2 more off guaranteed promotion.
  4. I meant in its other business endeavours and to be honest even with a monopoly I'd not be surprised to hear some concerning performance 😂😂😂
  5. It doesn't have to be, evidence of sides that have had a nose dive towards the end of the season and still succeeded should actually calm fans. Your reaction is equally out of touch.
  6. We are basically relying on Wilfred Ndidi to maintain a 2.5 points per game when he returns next week to get us over the line.
  7. Naaah, I'm an experienced enough Leicester fan to spot a collapse when I see one. This has all the hallmarks. I'm just curious as to how bleak it is. I think with Leicester, logic and probability go out of the window anyway. Our destiny is decided by another method. Just got to ready the next entry in the scrapbook as this is absolutely wild.
  8. Only want evidence of football teams that had a right old wobble, gave themselves a whack and got the job done down the stretch. 2008/09 vibes rather than 2012/13.
  9. Don't disagree with any of that except for what we're saddled with if we hit financial ruin. That training ground is not sustainable outside of the PL for a long period, it would essentially become a ghost town as we wouldn't be able to afford the required staff that make it a thriving hub. Our owners have been exceptional but its during tough times we find out. As I say, it only takes a few more mistakes and we're in more trouble than we were when Madaric was here.
  10. How's KP itself doing? I know the pandemic has caused many problems globally but it would be interesting to hear if the whole corporation is struggling. Vichai's wife is a very astute business woman from what I gather. I think she should get more involved in the football club.
  11. I think the question should be " Are we the most ridiculous football club there's ever been " ? The answer to that is yes and this is just the next chapter in it. Its hard to get your head around it but we're pure chaos and I think we're entering new territory now.
  12. Will they leave this club better than they found it? It's unthinkable to even mull that over given what they've helped us achieve. However, there's a possibility that failure to get promotion puts us under such immense financial pressure that we're in jeopardy of becoming just a run of the mill Championship side who's come down and having to battle. I'd be curious to see how much of our fans would excuse an FFP breach if one were to be levelled against us. Hopefully it won't come to that if we don't go up but we must be sailing close to the wind given the noises in the media. It's hard to level a lot of blame on them this season, the appointment of Maresca and the summer recruitment was positive overall and everything was going to plan. January was a huge concern once again and I've no patience for anyone trying to stick up for our board and owners for failing to recruit in the winter transfer window once again. In fact we actually got weaker. Our rivals strengthened and these players are winning their teams points currently, it's very stark. Had we not been in the promotion places, would the club have still not recruited? Or would they have pushed us over the edge financially to do so? To have maxed out our position last summer is somewhat worrying but these are the decisions they are faced with. Only if we don't go up will we know if it was a mistake, but I can see why many think history is repeating itself down the stretch.
  13. Don't like him on the right side of central midfield. We looked horribly imbalanced with him and Fatawu trying to create passing angles for each other. Shame as he was immense vs Leeds.
  14. That was very poor. We have to sort our mentality out and it starts with our manager. He's badly misjudged this last two weeks.
  15. Millwall at home in December
  16. Biggest 45 minutes of the season this is.
  17. I'd go 3-4-1-2 here now. Hermansen Hamza Faes Nelson Albrighton Winks KDH Justin Yunus Vardy Cannon
  18. It's not one injury, we're always juggling a few and central midfield is where we have the least options.
  19. Won't be ready until after the international break, not without taking some risks. Its ridiculous. Ricardo should never have played on Tuesday, he's really pushed his luck with him.
  20. We now have zero other central midfielders. Well done everyone involved with Leicester City football club.
  21. We don't need 3 strikers on the bench either though do we? Embarrassment of riches up front we have when we only use 1 at a time.
  22. Yeah, remember when we blew top 4 after a 1-1 draw there an'all. Vestergaard sent off after 10 mins.
  23. Sort of fixture he bags a brace in.
  24. Cardiff and Watford had players sent off in injury time vs us. QPR had a man sent off and we were actually worse and although we got the winner, it was far from comfortable. We are one of those teams who are the pits playing against 10 men and the pits when we go down to 10 men. Never forget losing 2-1 to Southampton at home under Puel when they had a player sent off early on.
