It's bollox mate.
Just been on-line to book tickets for Huddersfield and the £1.50 is to cover 'Internet and Over the Phone Transaction Fees commission'
Commission for what exactly? How can booking something on-line demand a commission?
I bet no one has ever challenged this but imagine how all those £1.50's add up over the years.
I wouldn’t mind if there was genuine admin/printing/postage costs involved for the club that the £1.50 booking fee covered.
But when the ticket is downloaded straight to your phone, there’s no cost at their end so how do they justify it?
I love this.
Great leadership is all about setting clear boundaries and non negotiables with those who work for you.
And also be being open and approachable is the perfect balance.
