I think Top needs capable support and advice which is something that Rudkin & Whelan are useless at. Rudkin was liked by Tops Dad, but he was a real business man and Rudkin only needed to nod his head. Now we need a board that can support Top in running a successful & sustainable club.

I've just worked it out. Our players get appearance bonuses and due to FFP, Enzo has been told he can only make a minimal amount of subs per game as we can't afford to pay the bonuses of 15 or 16 players every game! A saving of 2 to 3 bonuses per game - genius

Good Point, can we add a rating option for the Manager too? We can then rate his performance out of 10 for starting line up, subs, etc

A bit of everything. Early in the season we were making changes in the Creative 4 positions (No 8's & Wingers) which after tiring teams down created a lot of late goals and goals from substitutions, Enzo no longer trusts the players on the bench. Whether it is the lack of competition or the lack of fresh legs late on... I don't know, but it is seriously hurting us. Again we look like a team that is not just lacking confidence, but lacking fight. We expect to easily win matches and expect goals and wins just to come to us and we are not fighting for it. The front 5 are clearly lacking confidence. Teams are learning how to turn us around and create chances against us, they have learned our system and know no matter what we won't change. We now have the extra problem of us creating headlines off the pitch. It is starting to look more than just saving the season, but saving the club, we don't get promoted then the club is in serious trouble financially and the weight of this burden is looking like it will crush our players

Knows if we stay a Championship club next year, he will get more game time. No one will buy him and the majority of other players would have left

Post Match Interview Please can someone ask him, why when we have the best bench in the league - he refuses to use it to it's maximum potential especially after he used the bench so well earlier in the season?

Feb 2024 - May 2024 - Fall apart on and off the pitch and break the record for least points scored by a side finishing in the top 6 in the last 10 matches of the season. August 24 - Have the book thrown at us by the EFL and start the Championship with -x points and about 8 senior players (including Ward) and still under Transfer Embargo and a statement from the Owner blaming the fans.

The players should be accountable. Our misses are poor and out of Enzo's control, but the lack of subs when we have the best bench in the league is not out of his control My argument is that early in the season we scored late goals after tiring teams down and bringing on fresh legs in the No 8 and wide positions... Now are manager refuses to make changes and the 4 players in these positions are no longer changed and just run into the ground. Instead of developing from a great start, he has stagnated and stopped doing what he was doing well

The commentary team keep going on about our late goals and goals from subs, I hope they are right But recently we don't make the subs to create late goals. Our subs used to be the No 8's and are wide men... now Enzo has removed the competition for places and refuses to make the changes
