Run #26 of Prostate United completed where I am running 5.25km each and every of October to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK So far I have racked up 85 miles and raised over £3,350 for this amazing cause. I have 4 more early morning runs and then my final run of the challenge which is going to be a brilliant way to finish this years challenge. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men and takes a life every 45 minutes. 50,000 men are diagnosed with this disease each and every year. Personally I would go with Okoli and Nelson, both can defend 1st and foremost whilst I feel like they compliment each other well. But as both are relatively young and inexperienced they also need to know that even if they make a mistake they will be persevered with.

I would definitely consider him, alongside Mowbray and Bellamy.

If Marti does get fired this week that will be 3 managers hired and fired in 50 league games, that is why I am not sure anything will happen just yet.

I really don’t think it will happen as it would be the 3rd manager to be fired in 50 league games. However if it did happen my choices would be from either Tony Mowbray or Craig Bellamy (if he would take the role) or Kingy with an experienced Assistant.

Too many families are losing Grandads, Dads, uncles, sons, brothers, cousins and nephews, people losing mates, this disease impacts so many people in so many ways. We are not winning games with the supposed experienced players being selected so surely now is the time to park a few of them up and give players like Aluko, Nelson, Page, Evans and Hutchinson a chance in the matchday squad, it literally could not be any worse and at least it’s something the fans could get behind.
