  1. Will very much depend on the price, if KP /Top place an unrealistic valuation then we will not be an attractive proposition, however if they are sensible and realistic, then absolutely we will be an attractive proposition for investment / new ownership.
  2. It is deeply deeply concerning, in the championship with greatly reduced revenue, we have borrowed from Macquarie Bank on future earnings and now owners main business is in trouble, the only hope is that someone see’s an opportunity for a quick deal but what valuation do Top and KP place on the club. Be careful what we wish for is what we have been repeatedly told, how much worse does it have to get for people to realise. We are potentially the next Reading, Sheffield Wednesday. What an absolute sorry mess.
  3. Highly likely if KP is in the trouble being intimated then the family will want to cut their losses sell us and use the money to protect their future.
  4. Where have you seen this?
  5. There is a pattern here, whenever Top is involved there seems a blatant disregard to any common sense, financial planning and budgeting. The worry for me is if he has overseen such a disaster with King Power what underlying damage has he done to the club, just how bad are things at LCFC and the finances.
  6. Not great reading but most concerning is for me is where the article states the level of debt to equity ratio was at perilous levels in 2023, is a concern given Tops preference for using Macquarie Bank as a ‘pay day’ loan facility on future revenues. Has he done similar with King Power, makes me wonder and fear how much financial trouble we are in …..
  7. At what point does Top wake up smell the coffee and realise that he and Rudkin are no longer strategically aligned and this is having a huge influence in our decline. you cannot have a disconnect between the owner and the DoF they must have complete alignment in style, managerial appointments and long term strategy. The appointment of Cooper and now favouring Dyche, clearly demonstrates Rudkin is no longer on the same page as Top and this is a huge concern, as we are now seeing this scattergun approach is impacting our playing squad and subsequently results and playing style on the pitch. For me now is the time for Top to overrule Rudkin appoint Rohl or his favoured candidate and take the tough but correct decision to remove Rudkin from post and replace him with a DoF who is aligned with the strategy of the owner. This bizarre and misaligned approach is having a devastating impact and influence on player recruitment, playing style, player performance and most importantly results on the pitch. Rudkin simply cannot stay and the last 12-18 months prove that he is now no longer aligned to the owner.
  8. Club is advertising for a Director of Football to oversee women’s and girls side of football club.
  9. Really hope the club have learnt from the Corberan fiasco of last season and not paying compensation. If Rohl is £2.5m then over a 3 year contract it’s £833k for PSR which is peanuts to pay who will lead your club.
  10. I would imagine the ongoing issues at Sheff Wed add some complexity to the situation and potential negotiations as I would imagine the club have already or are very close to a material breach of contract which may well deem Rohl is freed from his contract or at least certain release clauses could be deemed as unenforceable.
  11. Appreciate whatever information or insight you have. Lots of moving pieces in this type of situations, so whilst people have info which doesn’t always come to fruition ….doesnt necessarily mean the info shared was not correct at the time. I would imagine the ongoing issues at Sheff Wed add some complexity to the situation and potential negotiations as I would imagine the club have already or are very close to a material breach of contract which may well deem Rohl is freed from his contract or at least certain release clauses could be deemed as unenforceable.
  12. I really do hope it’s Rohl as I think we need some positive energy and momentum ahead of the new season.
  13. Any pics of Ruud as you would think in normal circumstances the manager would be there and the club would make a point of posting a pic of him.
  14. Although was right with a few things last summer regarding us, he called Ayew very early on.
  15. It isn’t Alan Nixon is it as he has an LCFC story tomorrow
  16. Jon Rudkin ……hold my beer 🍺
  17. Well It won’t be Richie Wellens, just signed new 3 year deal at Leyton Orient
  18. ……..so is Andy Carroll
  19. No issue with this at all as long as it’s a 12 month contract and relatively low wage, ideal as back up to Stolrcyrk ……. ex Everton is this a Dyche recommendation?
  20. …. 10 more days of radio silence
  21. That is what i want to hear, common sense and more importantly sensible points as to why this information may not be accurate, or least this is what i am hoping for. If we appoint Dyche and then bring in Michael Keane then I am going to give next season a very wide berth as I am getting peak Micky Adam’s vibes and not his 1st full season but the horrible 3rd season when we signed a load of aging prem players and we were absolutely awful, turgid football played at walking pace. the gerritt forward lot will be in raptures but personally I will be done with the club when the likes of Nelson, Alves etc etc leave the club for a fraction of their value because the pathway has pretty much been closed. Dyche will destroy our potential golden generation. it would also show that there is literally no long term plan or strategy just a patch work quilt of managerial appointments all with a differing style and profile of player, with the only target to win promotion or stay in the premier league at all costs, we have become that club who make scattergun decisions and if this does indeed happen then it really is time for Top, KP, Susan and Rudkin to walk away.
  22. Only another 12 more days of this bullshit then we might finally find somethin out regarding our managerial position. I have never known a quieter or more depressing close season. It is literally like we have completely shut the club down,
  23. Wonder how much of what Rob Tanner has said is genuine insight and inside knowledge as oppose to him sharing his own personal perspective and opinion. However what is concerning, if Top genuinely wants to continue playing in a progressive style and favours young upcoming coaches then why is his DoF putting forward/recommending managers like Cooper and Dyche who are both polar opposites to what the owner is looking for. It absolutely beggars belief and further demonstrates that Rudkin is no longer fit for purpose.
  24. Dyche would be a terrible appointment, would set us back years in terms of transfers and our academy, football is rigid and turgid to say the least, if we thought Coopers little cameo has set the club back a good few years then Dyche whilst a steady pair of hands, would take us back to pre Pearson.
