Rodgers at fault entirely. 4th big game in a row we have not turned up, i’d give Rodgers the benefit of the doubt for the first leg because Ndidi was out but every other game he has got wrong. looked to me like we set up to nullify a relegation fodder team, hardly instilling confidence in our players to go out and perform. Barnes playing practically LWB, Tielemans LCDM with no roaming forward. The fact I wouldn’t say any single player had a bad game says it all. For me the goal is on Rodgers, it’s clear gray got sent on with the instruction of watching Grealish (backs off from danger to Mark Grealish) allowing an easy cross in in the 92nd minute ffs. i love Rodgers and the enjoyment he has pumped back in to watching leicester is incredible but f f s if this is the mentality we take with big games we will be what we have always mocked, serial bottlers

Anyone saying anything negative about Chilwell tonight get in the bin, only finger to point is at Rodgers.

Aston Villa v Leicester City Carabo Cup 28.01.20

Long shot but anyone with 3 in the lower tier want to switch for 3 tickets in the upper? Better view I promise.. -
Surely one of the reasons Maguire is still getting abuse/chanted about is because United are doing so badly? A lot of the disappointment with him making the move was because it was to a club clearly not going in the right direction with a bottom half championship level manager (at best) ‘building a team for trophies’ according to maguire. Its almost at taking the piss levels now, if we are as far ahead of them on the final day I’m sure he’ll almost get jeered as much as booed. Comparing him to Mahrez is also a disgrace, some of his actions may not put him at legend level but he is one of the most iconic figures the club has ever had

A thread that should put to bed the argument that VAR needs a 'bedding in period' to be successful. In it's current form it is not fit for purpose. It ruins celebrations and has led to genuine boredom when waiting for a penalty/goal to be 'confirmed'. Until the technology can slip in as seamlessly as goal line technology we should not have to 'deal' with the problems.

West Ham Home - Post Match Thread (4-1)
Sammy replied to StriderHiryu's topic in Leicester City Forum
They're not West Ham anymore. I genuinely think if I was them I'd pack it in with the Olympic Stadium, it's that bad. -
Back the guy. Loved the roar when he drove forwards in the first half, we have to support players like this. Rodgers' actions at FT show that it does affect him/others. Joe Mattock, those are the pricks we abuse. Not England's LB from our academy with 50+ Leicester appearances

Love him, absolutely quality today

Anyone got highlights I’d be able to watch abroad? BBC not working -
ah yeah I personally love being aggressively called a tory at the football for no reason whatsoever

No one has mentioned that the entire Liverpool end sang 'fvck the tories' while pointing at us and our family stand simply because we dared to sing a song about them being victims. Not justifying singing Johnson songs and would never have joined in but it was a reaction to them and clearly a wind up
-
Schmeichel has just lost his head with that comment but at least it means something to him/the dressing room. Makes me more confident that we’ll be disappointed and bounce back. Get through this, big games in the semis! I’ve managed to calm down and we’ve lost back to back to the 2 best teams in the prem this decade.. relax! Onwards and upwards but Rodgers and this young team MUST learn or we will never be able to progress as far as we all want to
-
Rodgers got it completely wrong for both the Man City and Liverpool games he has to take the brunt of the criticism. Lost our heads at the pen

Jamie Vardy: Is Leicester City player the best striker in Europe?
Sammy replied to merlin1969's topic in Leicester City Forum
I might pack it all in when Vardy hangs up his boots -
Son the most dislikable 'likeable' player in the prem atm, bordering on Buffon's 'class' now

End of the day getting people that want to create an atmosphere congregated together will see improvement, home and away. Clearly difficult to do that on a whim at grounds like Man City where it's split over 3 tiers. Safe standing/organised away blocks is the only way forwards, club and PL will encourage it once turning up the microphones stops acting as a substitute for atmosphere in PL games. Its not just us that have a problem
-
That was the entire point of my post - I was saying there must have been many games since that must have produced something similar but TV angles/no videos like this have not shown them

Get what you're saying but a song for Ben Marshall got the crowd going every game more then anything does now (even the Vichai song sounded half arsed last time I was at the KP). Ben Marshall..

Just another reason to love Rodgers, this team shows he gets it

Don't know if posted yet but the limbs in the Kop here are unimaginable from what you see on TV now, and remembering that day this isn't some Mandela effect reaction from fans overhyping how good the atmosphere was on days like this. But out of interest does anyone know what this looked like for goals like Albrighton vs Seville, Vardy vs Man United etc? My Man United supporting friend said the Maguire Equaliser a few Christmases ago was one of the biggest home celebrations he'd ever seen next to the away end. Not that 'limbs' means anything for atmosphere but at Watford at home some round me barely made the effort to stand and clap. Our efforts in league one, championship and certain games in the prem convince me we aren't a lost cause like some clubs

I can't fathom this game not being massive for any of us. 10 QF losses in a row, last 2 years have really hurt me. Gutted I can't be there tonight, as close to full strength (with winter rotation) as possible and get the job done.
