  1. Jamie will just have to keep playing into his 40's to help pay it off.
  2. I was at that game too. In fact I went to 5 American Bowls in a row starting in '89 (although I seem to have misplaced the Raiders/Saints programme from 1990, or maybe I just didn't buy one that year)
  3. I knew there was a reason we don't play in white shorts anymore.
  4. 🤷‍♂️
  5. 8 players have played in every league game so far - Faes, Hermansen, Justin, Kristiansen, Ndidi, Vardy, Mavididi and Fatawu (although Mav and Fats have not started every game). It can't be Faes, Hermansen, Kristiansen, Ndidi or Fatawu as they wouldn't be getting tanked up at an NFL game when they should have already left to join their national teams for international duty. So that leaves just JJ, Vardy and Mavididi.
  6. Legend has it, amongst Raider fans, that recording and releasing this abomination in 1986 put a curse on the Raiders. All your favourites are here Izzy - Howie, Marcus and co. with some of the worst rapping this side of John Barnes
  7. Nope. It was Top who sacked Puel in 2019.
  8. I'd like to forget he did.
  9. Amartey only played in the Bournemouth game under Sadler/Stowell after Souttar's arrival. Smith picked Evans, Faes and Soyuncu ahead of Souttar.
  10. Smith started him at Man City and Newcastle when we played 3 CB's.
  11. It was Sadler and Stowell that dropped him. He started every PL game he was available for when Rodgers was in charge.
  12. Finished 0-1. Worth at least a point that performance.
  13. And we thought FA Player was bad at streaming. Shambles.
  14. Cannon hooked at HT.
  15. His house looked like sh*t!
  16. Makes Kelechi look like a Gegenpressing nutter.
  17. Thought Buonanotte was poor. Gave the ball away constantly. 19 times to be precise (according to Sofascore). **** knows how he's got the second highest rating.
  18. He just needs more time you can't sack him now we would look a bit silly.
  19. The Welsh Lev Yashin.
  20. Lovely dissertation Izzy. My comment was only meant as a gentle leg-pull. I think Rory has been unlucky on way more occasions than he has choked (although he has flat-out choked on more than a few occasions). Mostly though, someone else just plays out of their skin to pip him. Yesterday being a case in point.
  21. It was Tucker missing that relatively easy FG to put you up by 4 scores/possessions that really seemed to unsettle you.
  22. Yep. No kids playing XBOX for 18 hours a day certainly helps.
  23. Rory - Born to Runner-up
  24. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c4g4z2rn4reo St Johnstone sack manager Levein St Johnstone have sacked manager Craig Levein just five matches into the new Scottish Premiership campaign. The former Scotland boss, 59, took the post in November last year and staved off the threat of relegation. The Perth side sit 10th in the table, with one win and four defeats. Coaches Andy Kirk and Alex Cleland will take charge for the weekend trip to Ross County. Saints began the season with three wins from four in the Premier Sports Cup, losing out to League One Alloa Athletic. Saturday's 2-0 defeat away to Hibernian was the team's fourth successive defeat in all competitions. Levein, co-host of the BBC podcast Sacked in the Morning, has had two spells in charge of Hearts, while he also managed Leicester City and Dundee United. He was Scotland manager from December 2009 to November 2012, winning 10 of his 24 matches. American Adam Webb took control of St Johnstone this summer, following almost four decades of Geoff Brown's ownership at McDiarmid Park. A short statement from the club read: "The board of directors can announce that St Johnstone Football Club has today parted company with manager Craig Levein. "The football club would like to place on record its thanks to Craig for all of his efforts during his time at McDiarmid Park."
