  1. Less a squad position, more a position on the bench for an academy player
  2. It also removes someone for money that we're going to lose on a free in 6 months. Opens up a spot for an academy player etc etc
  3. Yeah, it's what made him delay contract signing as he wanted to bring his own DOF in
  4. Couldn't get him out the door quick enough. Common thing for every manager to want a restructure is either moved on or not hired
  5. "But with financial restrictions in the background, and with the ponderous Rudkin in charge of transfers, progress has been painfully slow, with only full-back Woyo Coulibaly signed in a £2m deal from Italian club Parma." This is as scathing as it usually gets about Rudkin in the press. The net is certainly tightening around him. There's even no need to sack him if that's what Top's avoiding. Simple restructure, put him as KP's sporting project guy but putting an experienced DOF (cough Dan Ashworth cough) in place to actually run the club.
  6. Common denominator again
  7. If we aren't going to use him, may as well sell. Profit is profit, and provides position for an academy product to step up
  8. Would make sense. Did okay at league 2 at 21, but didn't set the world alight. Probably sell for a small fee, but creates pathway for younger players
  9. Fine with KP to stay; but Rudkin and Whelan need moving asap. Dan Ashworth is literally sat doing nothing. Sell him the project, we have the infrastructure in place already, we just need someone at wheel with any sort of football brain
  10. I miss keeping them from concerts, away games etc.
  11. I really wonder who it is. Did the stories dry up at one point? As an ex pro, surely Ruud is going to hit the fan for someone breaking the trust
  12. 7pm on a Sunday is actually dreadful
  13. You can still get on with someone, whilst disagreeing about football ownership?
  14. Doubt it. Does PSR take debt into account to the owner, thought it was simply income and expenditure on transfers and football related costs
  15. Love to know who leaks this shit
  16. Change the manager name and you have the exact response on transfers since maybe 2020
  17. Yet seemingly passing PSR fine
  18. And a lot of them are quoting Sean from Enderby as their source
  19. Can't decide if this move is going to be exactly what he needed, or just be a complete flop
  20. Similar for me, watch the tigers if they're on TV and England, but nothing more than a casual fan. Really enjoy the Young/Cole podcast, very easy to listen to and gives decent insight into what's going on whilst still being pretty funny Rugby pod is I guess similar to Monday night club on 5live for football, much more about what's gone on in the week.
  21. Was going to write similar. The screen isn't as crisp as your 600+ TVs, but unless you are after that perfect image or have the eyesight to see it perfectly, the amount you save and the quality you still get it's definitely worth it. Think we have a 50' ISH from them and can't complain
  22. Rumours of Yunus going Dortmund
  23. Schlupp apparently being lined up by Cov
  24. Listened to it earlier today, he does seem such a nice bloke and really well respected. Did sound quite emotional with how it all came about and actually having to call it a day
  25. Lions losing both their Offensive and defensive coordinators to head coach roles. Big blow to them
