ideally keep the decent youth players, rid of the toxic mature players and then raid the free agents market for suitable league 1/ champo players. the likes of Page, Braybrooke, Aluko, Evans and Monga are at the very least capable of league one; but we will need players around them that can inspire them as they are bound to burn out at points.
