  1. Strange Frank Large goal
  2. Lenny Glover was a brilliant left footed winger
  3. Think we will do OK, their fans will turn on them.
  4. They will come at us so that will create chances for us
  5. Both feet of the ground
  6. Add the fact the encroachment law at penalties was totally ignored!!
  7. Hirst scored two more goals away at Crewe, both headers, he offers an aerial threat we do not currently have. Seems to be progressing well at Portsmouth after a slow start.
  8. Also how many goals has he scored again top teams, in a tougher league than in the past. Got a chip on his shoulder, how many of these strikers other than Kane and Auguero, would do so well now? They are all good strikers in their own right, difficult to compare, different times, differnt standard of the Prem and the level of team they are playing in. Maybe you should look at trophies as well in the equation.
  9. How can Burnley fans watch this every week 🙈
  10. Stranger things have happened
  11. Spartak Moscow are to be removed from the Europa league, they were to play RB Leipzig, could we be reinstated?
  12. The McLintock reign was grim, great player for City and the Ars, but no idea as a manager, had no experience as one to be fair. Bought in players that did not work, sold Frankie, we ended up bottom of the league. He lived in London, ran a pub, not great credentials for a manager.
  13. What a great player Gibbo was, along with Banks, later Sjoberg (a Scotsman-413 games) and Graham Cross (who formed a great partnership, who we could do with now). We had some fantastic players in the 60/70's did not win much but it was always a great day out at Filbert Street. These days the team has great talent, but sometimes you just cringe during the home games, I hate to say it, but in the good old days, we won some, you lost some, but just looked forward to the next game no matter the result. Our expectations are more now, but that is because we have come a long way as a club, generally moving forward to better things, however saying that, I much prefer the away games, as our expectations are less, as they always were.
  14. I like his attitude, would be a big gamble, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
  15. The fans expectations can only be based on the owners expectations, they wanted us to be a top 5 club.
  16. Is that Kane in the top picture?
  17. Most imagery is done in photoshop and illustrator, you need someone with the full Adobe suite of software (this is the most common). Most book design is done in using InDesign.
  18. Not certain why fans from Loughborough hate the Foxes? I lived their and went to school there, there was always a majority of leicester fans, may be different in the outlying northern villages? Loughborough roughly is midway between Leicester, Derby and Nottingham so there is always going to be a mix of supporters. What is strange, as the rivalry does not exist in the rugby. as the Tigers and Notts teams work together, to help each other along with loughborough University.
  19. https://www.nufcblog.co.uk/2021/12/16/a-newcastle-fan-behind-enemy-lines-the-story-of-my-away-day-in-the-leicester-city-end/ Strange one, make your own opinion, bit sad really.
  20. How come manure match was postponed for less cases
  21. Great result against top of the table team
  22. Recycled paper uses 40% less energy that none recycled paper, so how do you work that one out?
  23. Trees for paper are grown for paper, so they probably absorb a lot of CO2. Do we know if a portion of the clacker is recycled paper or does it use Vegetable ink? Many maybe recycled when finished and some may be kept by fans? Do not see what the problem is as we do not know the facts
