  1. Braindead tackle. Absolutely ridiculous.
  2. Mavididi must be related to Samson, he’s been atrocious since that barnet has been cut. Perhaps the reverse would be true for Choudhary.
  3. Thomas to Daka - our two worst players combining for a cracker. Bloody hell, might put a tenner on the lottery tonight.
  4. Pick every grain up with tweezers. It will less painful than the last two hours of this rabble.
  5. The only way we’re avoiding relegation is the welcome embrace of nuclear Armageddon that Trump is instigating. Got to look at the positives.
  6. Obviously all those who criticise Okoli have never played football to a decent standard or understand how challenging professional football is. Neither have I - he’s utter ŵank.
  7. This is kind of related. Imaginary Leicester fans on the way back from a chastening midweek loss broke my window and destroyed the upstairs carpet. At uni, I lived on Bruce Street, so not far from Filbert St. Decided to stay over at Easter rather than go back home. My housemate and gf both decided to stay. We were all skint. However, I had a bit of money in my account but had lost my cash card, so had ordered another one. Only problem was, another student (who we called Data) had the front room of the house, which the letterbox went into. He’d decided to lock his room when he went home, meaning we had no way to retrieve my new cash card. Desperate for some much needed funds, we did the only thing that we could think of and smashed one of the front windows to get into his room and gain access to the letterbox. Obviously, the cash card hadn’t arrived. Ever quick-witted, I then had to notify the landlord and informed her that Leicester fans had smashed one of our windows after a midweek loss. She somehow bought this excuse but then said that we should try and board up the window until she could get it fixed, which would be after the long Easter weekend. She said that there were probably some boards up in the loft. There was no light in the loft and we had no torch; mindful of falling through the ceiling we created an ingenious light source. We got an old jumper, doused it in some cheap and nasty aftershave and lit it. The only way we could light it was by putting some paper in the toaster. Anyway, I then proceeded to enter the loft, on top of my mates shoulders, brandishing a fiery jumper, which was dripping flames all over the carpet. Being a student flat, the carpet was highly flammable, so we then had to rip it out and stick it in the bath whilst trying to avoid first degree burns. Angry, imaginary Leicester fans have a lot to answer for.
  8. Playoffs here we come!
  9. Never in doubt. Viva La Rowett Revolution!
  10. I saw quite a lot in that first half to make me optimistic. Then I remembered I'm not a Stoke fan.
  11. Never a good sign when the commentator says 'this could be a lot of fun.'
  12. Clean sheet and a 3-0 win to Rowett's Invincibles.
  13. You’re condemning the team before we’ve seen the impact that Rowett can have. The unrelenting hatefest on here is laughable at times. Loads of people moan that we didn’t get Rowett in earlier but then also moan that he’s not going to be able to save us. The slavish devotion to existential misery and utter pessimism is pretty impressive, I guess. We might well go down but there’s 14 games left. Today isn’t last chance saloon. Loads of twists and turns to come.
  14. I think we’ll be safe. Rowett’s pragmatic, defensive approach will be the focus we’ve needed all season. Add in some promising loan players. But more importantly, the utter arrogance of some of our squad will be the defining factor. They won’t want to go down and I think we’ll see quite a few of them really step it up. Winks will have a key part to play and I think Fatawu will show a level of consistency he’s not shown all season.
  15. This club leadership is more in denial than Prince Andrew. Just take the 6 points, we got off lightly.
  16. Hfaes has swept in to take the vacant managerial position.
  17. Practice what you preach, you’ve just mentioned him 3 times.
  18. Is Rowett a big drinker? Because if he’s not, the first time he sees Thomas and Ayew in a match he’ll be on the sidelines making moonshine out of Lucozade and Deep Heat.
  19. Well if you're going to win it, that's a great way to do it.
  20. Hahahaha, we are absolute piss-tier.
  21. If Mads is low in confidence, how is he going to feel with Thomas and Okoli in front of him? However, would be an ideal loan move for him, as he’d get a load of saving practice.
  22. That’s normally the requirement for a place in the starting XI if Ayew and Soumare were anything to go by.
  23. Any chance he’s in the Epstein files?
  24. Just seen that we're swapping him for Joe Aribo.
  25. I can't help feeling that this has come about due to today's match. Rudkin and Top were drowning their sorrows after Okoli's red card with a share bag of Tangfastics and Top told Rudkin that the team would be similarly cheered up if they had Haribo. And the simpering Rudkin came up with this.
