I think the board alone must put managers off after the recent farces and conduct. The facilities and infrastructure isn't an issues, the players are not horrendous (well some) We must have a really bad reputation now as a club to deal with. I bet Ruud is thanking Enzo for his recommendation!

whatever you think of Ruud as manager this is really embarrassing and completely unprofessional by the board but sadly I don't think any of us are surprised. Ruud deserves to know, its common courtesy! If the board behave like this is it any wonder their is a negative and unprofessional culture at the club. Every day you just feel even more detached and despondent with this club.

I noticed when Monga scuffed a cross Riccy clapped and cheered him as if to say don't worry, you tried, keep pushing!
