  1. Scotland problem is they are shite in key areas. Goalkeeper, defence and striker with an OK midfield
  2. Happy? No. Happy to give him at least the opportunity to fail before I give up on him? Yes. Never ends well when we fans are so against a new manager. Will take a lot to change their mind.
  3. Cooper's going to need a good start isn't he
  4. If Potter is dragging his feet, demanding stuff for his 'team', waiting on better offers or whatever, **** him. Just don't move to Cooper FFS
  5. These are supposedly the best refs so they should be an improvement on what we see weekly. Offside's have been decided quick, that has to be a good thing and haven't spent ages looking at incidents. Although to be fair there hasn't been too many decisions to be made yet. Games have been played in a pretty good spirits so far, not seen too much playacting or whinging, but I'd imagine that comes in the longer the tournament goes on as the pressure and occasions rise.
  6. Club will do anything to avoid general sale unless its a tourist attraction for people wanting to see Premier League football as they are the only people who will happily pay match day prices. I don't know how it compares to other clubs, I'd imagine it would be pretty similar and that would be the justification. Not been to a Leicester game in years unfortunately, and it won't change this year
  7. Caught a lot of 'journos' out this. I think we'll be shit this season regardless, so may as well go for the cheaper choice Which I assume Cooper is.
  8. Ref gives the free kick at the other end then that never happens.
  9. That was quick for a tight call to be fair.
  10. 2 of the big boys playing eachother Newly promoted side against one of the other big boys Feel like this happens every year
  11. Liverpool and Man City just after Christmas again Feels like that happens every year (apart from last)
  12. As long as it's the same for defenders too. Attacking handballs are always given but defenders get benefit of the doubt more. Unless its obvious you've deliberately handled it, just play on.
  13. Funny to see Mbappe get genuine injury minutes after was being a soft twat. Only caught the end but France seemed similar to the way we ended against Serbia. Not exactly holding on but a bit chaotic.
  14. Intentional is meaningless, whatever the rules supposedly say, when a goal is score. Nearly always ends up disallowed.
  15. Would like to think they'll be getting higher than a League 1 loan if they do go out.
  16. Our wide options are definitely this generations Lampard/Scholes/Gerrard debate. Then it was because we had no left footed options, now every ****ers left footed but all want to play on the right. Hopefully if Shaw can miraculously keep himself fit then at least we have a left footer out there.
  17. Serbian defenders did a good job on Kane, with a little help from a ref who let the holding go a lot of the time. They were very aggressive. A brave manager would realise this and make a change and bring on a striker to offer something different on the day.
  18. Not sure that's entirely fair. First half hour, whilst it wasn't scintillating, we played like a top side, comfortable, confident and assured. I wouldn't say we played with fear at all, lack of quality maybe. The problem we had is Southgate is incapable tactically of wrestling back control once its lost.
  19. If Foden wants to be world class he should be able to play more than one position. Modern day attackers can be effective anywhere across the attack.
  20. It was bit more chaotic, with Serbia playing a 90s England style chucking balls into the box but they created nothing other than a pretty straight forward Pickford save from distance.
  21. Important win. Far from convincing and as usual Southgate can't change the attack to make it better. Default setting is to protect. Stones and Guehi generally defended well, winning some big headers.
  22. Gallagher and Bowen are typical Southgate subs when winning. But excellent first impact from Bowen.
  23. I don't think Southgate has probably intentionally changed anything but it's another case of us being great til we score. Then shit afterwards.
  24. To repeat what a few have said, this is very Leicester like. Predictable attacking threat and made a game more difficult than it needed to be.
  25. Saka has been a threat but I think he's the one that could play from the left, he has the ability to go down the line.
