In the window already we have sold Cannon for £10m and got £60k per week off the books with Choudhury in order to sign a low wage £1.9m signing from Parma. I think not having Choudhury around making the drills worse will actually be the equivalent of signing a new player. Imagine trying to run an elite passing and movement drill and it constantly breaking down as it bounces off his 50p touch.

It looks like his muscle condition and general condition is way ahead of normal recuperation, but the ACL reconstructiong graft will need the same amount of time as everyone else to grow back to full strength. during months 3 to 7 it's at its weakest and most prone to reinjury. So while he is doing great it would be super foolish to bring him back any time before next season. you can see from his right leg balance work that his joint is still way way off being stable. slowly slowly...
