Swindells is an able backup and I hope he has a good future in the game. Ben Cox is lovely for us though. A super WK in div 2 and handy with the bat. Seems to be good man to have around the squad by all accounts too.

I dont think there is anything wrong with that captaincy. Derbyshire attempted to chase it so you can hardly say we judged the balance wrong. Bowling for a win is always tough (depending on the state of the pitch). Pitch seemed to play well. Good performance, for me.
