Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
orangecity23 replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
RE: the Chelsea selling themselves their own hotel and now training ground thing - if that is going to be allowed for FFP, and they aren't going to question the values paid into the clubs (70 million for the hotel, imagine it's similar or more for the training ground) - is there anything to stop the outside company selling the assets back to the club at nominal amounts, i.e. a £1? Becuase if they don't care about that either, these nobheads could do this shit again and again every season, continually flogging themselves their own hotel endlessly for 70 million a pop. -

Those juries always pick the most boring crap imagineable. Let the phone vote have even more weight, bin off the industry suits and give Europe the novelty lasagna based musical winners it truely deserves

Average Maltese fashion for a night out, blue hair, shades, a girl guide sash with a multipack of teddy bears stitched to it.

Takes a strong man to get his nob out on stage whilst wearing a shirt associated with the words "Micro" and "Soft". Stunning and brave.

So Finalnd, what's your pitch for this year? Imagine the Gobbledegooker, but instead of a chicken it's a guy in a Windows 95 shirt with his nob out Sounds great, here's your entry card.

Claudia Winkelman would be fuming at this blatant appropriation of her haircut, if she could actually see her TV from behind her fringe.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
orangecity23 replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Surely we won't end up the only team with a points deduction, I can't see Forest and Everton sorting out their finances sufficiently to not get done again. Chelsea will probably fall foul of it at some point next season as well. -
Yesterday was a cracking day for an ice cream pre or post match.

Here's the story - council announced they bought the whole centre, partly to save cash on the stupid lease they had for the theatre. https://news.leicester.gov.uk/news-articles/2021/november/council-purchase-of-haymarket-centre-will-generate-funding-for-services/ Unless ING are the "management agents" mentioned in the article? Confusing.
-
I thought the council had bought the Haymarket, it was in the news a couple of years ago. Had a Google myself, and it brings up both ING and the council, so no idea what the current state is.
-
Have they been taking food and drink off people again then? I remember they had a crackdown at the start of last season, and then the club (Jim) clarified that we were allowed 500 ml bottles of water. I had a look at the clubs own ground regulations on the website, and it says nothing about food, but it does say no bottles (as it could be thrown as a weapon, allegedly). Of course if you bring a Capri sun with you, it's in a pouch, not a bottle, so would that be allowed?

The club are delighted to announce the opening of the "Jon Rudkin Retired Donkey Sanctuary of Excellence", a permanent, peaceful, pastoral home for a large number of gentle, elderly donkeys, who may or may not have been falsely advertised on vinted and eBay as thoroughbred racehorses. The club would also like to reiterate that it is completely impossible to determine who may or may not have been responsible for purchasing the donkeys. -

As we return to the Premier League, I feel the best way to describe the moment, is to use a wise phrase taught to us by our Algerian friends, when we signed Slimani or Ghezzal or some other dosser. So, Man Utd, Liverpool, Tottenham, Premier League, SURPRISE. WE ARE BACK, MATHFACKERS.

Was Bazanu the worst for this stat in the Prem last season as well? I remember him being up their with Ward. Quite the achievement to be worst 2 seasons in a row even after dropping down a level.
