The Prem isnt the aligator pool its made out to be for young players. You don't get the physical attention in the PL and it isn't like there aren't some decent technically gifted kids in the top flight. Classic example is McAtee at Man City. Looks far better at PL level around better players than he did struggling with Sheff Utd.

TBF this is his first experience of top level football and he's at a struggling club. No-one else was remotely threatening for them.

I'm not always appreciative of the FT efforts and think they could be far more vocal but this is good to see.
