Both things can be true. ¾ of the seats are faded, there's some serious rust setting in on parts of the roof supports and the toilets are getting to Haymarket Bus Station levels. You'd wonder which stadium I meant but if I add in the "lucky" monk flags are looking worn out and tatty, then it's obvious. Filbert Street needed a complete rebuild so it wasn't a surprise but we're in a 20 year old stadium. Keeping it up to a modern standard should be straightforward enough.

Did you see his last 1v1 against Cov? His finishing is poor. Every time we give him a go it lasts a game because we're reminded how poor he is up there. No-one currently at the club is the answer unless Evans suddenly makes a breakthrough but then we're relying on a 17 year old to bag enough to get us top 6.

Was watching Kingy every time we had a set piece against Pompey. He was doing various hand signals for each routine and every time we gave the ball away or wasted the chance. Not sure if it was not doing what they were supposed to or just not executing it right but he was getting massively frustrated with the takers. Over about a decade since we've been without Huth and Morgan we've been shocking. Everyone knows how many we conceded under Rodgers from them but I'd struggle to name the last set piece goal, certainly where we've won the first header and scored. Given how Arsenal have made set pieces fashionable again, its odd that we just don't seem to practice at all.

His shot stopping has been great, his distribution has been shocking. Literally will not kick or throw it further than about 30 yards which ruins all hope of quick counters or a change in pace. Wrexham and Pompey games were crying out for quick balls out from the back and all we got were roll outs to Farce and Lurch. We bought two other keepers in the summer for competition and to give him an experienced head to work with. If they're not making him better they need to be replacing him.

You think he's worse than Cooper and RVN?

Two months ago, the Rudkin Out chants were echoing round the ground. 1 win in 7 and we've given up on Rudkin and decided it's the manager? No investment Appalling decisions in all areas Toxic squad None of that comes down on the manager. He does need to play the best XI every game though. And fvck off Daka and Soy Mary for good too.
-
He's not though. He's changing 3 or 4 per game and they're still shiite. 3 of our 4 CBs are questionable. Our two LBs are different levels of gash. Our midfield has the energy of a pensioner on an icy pavement. And every single one of our strikers are stoppable on their day. There's very little he can do to polish this turd.

That's unfair. That generational performance against Birmingham was one for the ages. Let's go Bouba!

Watch it on Sky without the Rooney "analysis" spoiling it. Prefer Chapman to Lineker but the punditry is generally poor.

TBF Carranza got two decent through balls in the first half against Pompey and couldn't get his feet right. It's as much getting yourself in a position as it is having the service. -
Agree first 3, last 3 we just couldn't finish when we were dominating. Oxford with ten as well. Unless he finds a player that can bury chances or better still be in the right place to bury chances, the last 6 will be the story of our season. And again, how much chance does Cifuentes have with our recruitment? There does seem to be this opinion that we're better than most other squads. Given that a few of ours have had loan spells at other Championship sides that doesn't hold up. We're not blessed with talent. Thomas, Kristiansen, Hamza, Skipp, Soumare, BDR, maybe even Stolarcyk are all fairly par for the course at this level. Those guys are being carried by a few solo displays by Ricardo, Winks, Fatawu and James so far.

His subs game after game are completely ineffective. Part of that is who the subs are but swapping Carranza for Daka basically put us down to ten men. Soumare, Reid and Ayew contributed almost nothing different and changed nothing about the pace of the play. I like him, he says the right things but we need a plan b. We need urgency and too often we just look......slow.

No to this. Songs connected to the city? We're not Dublin or New York. Most clubs songs aren't about their city, they're just unique to them. WYS is unique to Leicester. As much as I'd love the 90s back with 1000 people doing jazz hands at the end, the naff Jersey Budd version does at least get people together. Unless someone can get Lesbian Seagull into an anthem 😁 https://share.google/2FBmAvPYoA2RrhYqF

They can keep that count for their own records. Attendance is how many turn up. If you declare the attendance is 31,546 but we've only got 28,798 in the ground, thats a lie. Its all about optics to them, not wanting to show a figure below 30k. We've had games where the away team brought less than 1k fans, left us with a massive gap in the corner yet we still gave the att out as over 30k. Its nonsense.
-
Would love, just for a season, for our REAL bums on seats attendances to be used. No way in the world are we on 95% this season. Only 1500 free spaces? The West stand wings have gaps galore, the padded seats are rarely occupied and all around us in the East Stand there are 3 or 4 seats at a time on various rows that are empty. Its another one of King Power's attempts to control a narrative, cover up deficiencies and protect their product.
-
No its exactly the same. It's missing a runaway leader or two but the rest are as they were. The same mix of post-parachute has beens and one good season wannabe's. Mixed early form from a few favourites like Ipswich and Sheff U mean it'll take longer to settle. For all the praise it gets for being a competitive league its the same messy bunfight as it was a decade ago

The most ineffectual subs ever. Skipp gets a 1 just for putting his shirt on the right way round. He has a turning circle somehow larger than Vestergaard's, got to be up there with Soumare as pound for pound our wotst ever signing. Ayew and Carranza somehow added LESS urgency and Kritiansen was more of a liability than Thomas on a yellow -
Considering he said our goalscorer was Sam Kurney its no surprise
-
No, not everyone. A lot of us laughed at the notion he's our best defender. Whether it's stupid errors or just not doing the basics, this was always going to happen. There's a reason no-one's bought him. All of our other "best defender"s - like Maguire and Fofana - got big moves. Every coach sees it, every pundit sees it. He's just not that good.
-
Faes...."hEs ArE bEst deFeNda" Soumare. Traffic cone. I don't care if (people think) he had one good game against Brum. He's utter garbage.

My (now) sister in law and sister btw. They used to talk about doing "the walk" in the second half when they gave me a lift home after the game 😉 -

He's not "the problem" but he offers nothing and does nothing. 0 goals and 2 assists in 3 seasons. Doesnt track back properly, never spots the midfield runners, slow, ponderous. JJ was livelier and deserves a spot on that basis. As for the boy Hoolian, Ulloa vibes. -
They do those wrap things that Maccy Ds stopped doing. Best thing from Canada since Iain Hume.

Which would have been totally irrelevant had Patson not had his Toblerone shaped boots on. The place was silent for 80 mins.
