Well they’re probably used to watching better teams in League 1. I’d be pretty salty if I was a Charlton fan to be fair to them - Losing that was very poor from them.

Christ, that was a tough watch. Soumare, Skipp and Page in the middle have been very poor. Page gets a free pass due to the fact that he’s 16, but the other two? Absolute embarrassment. Luke Thomas as well? Nowhere near Championship level.

I understand him being annoyed with the previous management and even the club in general - But I’m a little confused as to why he seems pissed off with the match going fans? They’ve been largely supportive of him from my experience…certainly not overly negative anyway. I can only assume he’s very active online - There has been a decent amount of negativity towards him on here for example.

He did, but only 5 goal contributions in those 30 games isn't particularly good? You do usually have a bit of an English tax as well so you may well be right. Hopefully the club are in a better position to be firmer negotiators after the recent sales and we can demand a bigger fee.

Yeah if that's true, a £28m starting bid would suggest they're serious. Surely it needs to be more than Omari Hutchinson has just gone for though? Same age and Abdul got more G+A in similarly performing teams last time both were in the Championship.
