Did quite a bit of running in North Devon a few weeks back - Some of the hills around there were not a joke. There's one coming out of Woolacombe that made me question my life choices...awful.

The podcast is a great listen. I love podcasts but don't usually listen to football related ones, but I always catch the latest BSLB. It's a nice mix with Jake being very polished, Ric a bit of a wildcard and Jordan somewhere in between - Works really well. Hope it continues!

Last time he was in the Championship he had 12 G+A in 15 starts. Obviously he’s been a terrible signing overall but that suggests he should at least be useful this season.

Hopefully he can get his head down now and push for a place in the starting 11. A motivated Harry Winks is a decent asset at this level.

He’s a pretty decent defender but my god does he terrify me with the ball at his feet. If we are going to play out from the back we’d be better off with Faes or Nelson alongside the big man to be honest.

That was one of the best games Soumare has ever played for us. Fair play to him. Great to win but really hoping the performances improve - We’re a tough watch.

Ricardo may be needed to replace Hamza with him being on a card. Bit of a shame when he’s probably been our best player, but he can be a bit rash. Looks very up for it tonight!

It’s always so jarring when you get relegated just how big the gap is from this league to the PL. It’s absolutely massive.

Agree with this. Even if he's threatening it I think it's all bluster. If he's still here when the window closes, he'll be fully committed to having a good season. Doesn't really make sense for him to down tools at that point as he's playing for both his national team place and his next move in Jan/Next Summer.

Not really too much different to how it's always been with the traditional media to be fair. Clubs, players, agents etc feed the information to these people for their own ends. Always been the same.

He's proven to be reliable when it comes to BEK hasn't he? Probably being fed the info by the player's team. It's quite nice actually - Knowing a bit of what's going on inside the club as we're pretty closed off and secretive nowadays

Our left back options are genuinely awful. I'd love one that could progress the ball a bit - Luke Thomas is one of the worst progressive carriers I've ever seen and he rarely passes forward. Kristiansen is a bit better in this aspect but not by much. Making a bit of profit on VK would be great, but a good LB on loan would improve us so much. Obviously striker and CM would be priority, but a good LB once Ricardo is back at RB would make a big difference.

How good was he before his injury? One of the best full-backs in the country. Wish him well.

It would have to be a very good offer for me. We need him this season.

He scared me as much as Faes ever has today. I think he could come good though…still very young.
