The reason you got a chunk off though was because it needed stuff doing? So can’t you ring fence that and use it to improve the property?

Trump planned this and saved his fall out for yesterday and kept the meetings with Macron and Starmer pleasant because he knew this was his play. Starmer made it easy for him by the sucking up approach and the state visit letter - lie on your back Donald and let me tickle your belly.

Ha not a chance but I recognise a progressive policy and think despite a stumbling start Wes Streeting is starting to make some promising strides - he’s woofed out the NHSE boss (resigned …bullshit) and got a hard hitter in James Mackey who takes no prisoners. Whatever side of the fence you sit, if you’re an adult you need to recognise positive steps - and debate the negative ones - particularly some of the budget backwards steps and manifesto u turns.

https://news.sky.com/story/gps-in-england-agree-deal-to-end-8am-scramble-for-appointments-13318444 Positive news and will be interesting to see how this works in practice when it comes in, there is nothing more infuriating than poor community care and the 8am rush at your local GP surgery.

And continues on full pay for the pleasure of it all

Hands down the best ever. My dad got me into it and I’ve watched every episode 20+ times. Proper comedy

Sensible post. I agree - it’s great to see a player put the effort in and some of our fan base seem to get offended when you call a player out who is nowhere near good enough “well he’s putting a shift in”. He isn’t good enough and never has been, wish him all the best as he clearly cares but he has been such a waste of money and we need to get rid at the earliest chance if we can.

Foxes Trust Calls for Ticket Price Freeze

On the bit about holding them to account I suspect no one in the trust has the boll*cks or the nous or perhaps the experience to do it, or it would have been done by now. -

Imagine giving up your own time FOC to make a difference and making no difference whatsoever. Demoralising -
They will be whipping up some torrid goodwill gesture to keep fans onside I’m sure - whether it will be tried and tested Chang or something a bit more left field

Thank goodness we can all rest knowing the club will be listening to you. -
Savage said in comms on 85 mins that this is the easiest 85 mins of football West Ham have had since they returned to the Premier League and he was bang on for once

It’s like fvcking Ibiza at the stadium can barely hear any HT analysis - probably a good thing

Try and have an educated debate without assuming anyone who has a view other than rimming SKS is a reform voter.

How so? He is sucking up to Trump and the handshake outside was like a pupil shaking a headmasters hand!

Anyone used AI note taking for teams meetings? I'm using Fireflies AI note taker and it's pretty good but has some limitations - grateful of any recommendations free or otherwise.

Just had a quick look on CH. Looks like an allotment of shares last month (24th Jan) which on a fag packet totals the previous shares owned by King Power International Limited + the debt to equity conversion (think it was £124m) You wont be able to view exactly who those shares were allotted to until the next confirmation statement which is November 2025, but it kind of gives it away that Top is now listed as a PSC on companies house rather than King Power International Limited as it was previously and in the ultimate parent company note in the accounts.

Looks like the penalty rate is being negotiated (or has been) to 9% - still........enough to keep you up at night. Regarding the penalty rate, AOT has proposed reducing penalties from 18% to 9%, aligning closer to the 5% civil interest rate Read More: https://www.kaohooninternational.com/markets/552652 Likely long term solution would be for KP to fund some of these obligations to AOT through a debt provider, not sure how already leveraged they are and it would be a risk for a commercial bank to do so as they would have to be confident of some near term free cashflow - sounds like they aren't generating enough or they would of just met their current obligation with AOT anyway - unless they are dumb and want to pay twice the market rate for interest costs. All plausible
