  1. He isn’t going to fire us to promotion you can see it already, maybe a second choice option. We need another proven goalscorer and quickly
  2. The frustration is that we probably have 7/8 good players that should rip this division up, whether RM can see that, play them together, get rid of the problem players and play the correct system is another thing.
  3. Get them all on vinted

Lab owners - what age did you start putting them on joint meds, and what did you use? Ours is 4 and thinking of starting soon.
  6. Burj Al Arab
  7. Ditch the 2yr old.
  8. What were the two silver images supposed to be? Maybe it's been mentioned a few pages back. Good effort for everyone involved despite what's going on at the club right now.
  9. Rudkin goes when Top goes, so may aswell lock this topic. He isn’t going anywhere before
  10. Bloody bell bots boing on. Buke Bhomas is a bloody banker ahhhhhhhhh
  11. Not sure where I quoted any running costs but OK.
  12. Wouldn't make a dent in the running costs of the thing, would be a small contributor. You are probably better off shutting elements of it down in the short term.
  13. Flogging his stake in Chelski
  14. Most clubs and business’ are “in debt”. The debt isn’t the issue, you can have a tonne of debt if you can still service it properly. The main quibble on here is quoting accounts that are now more than 12 months out of date.
  15. After the 1st round bids they'll get access to Financial and Legal DD.
  16. In summary you are supportive of him then.
  17. Don't know - never seen him present anything. But he'll be required to stand up and present about the business alongside the CEO & CFO to potential buyers and buy side advisors.
  18. He'll probably be doing the management presentations alongside a few of the other senior guys I'm afraid.
  19. Quite easily - if we exchange before Xmas then the buyer can put conditions in between exchange and completion which means we are constrained on everything including player spending, or within certain thresholds. Depends how clever they and citi play it, if there is only one game in town they will need to convince that bidder there are a few others over their shoulder to keep the competitive tension going to get it done quickly and under the best terms possible.
  20. They will also have a strict timeframe, something like; xx date - All LOI's received xx date - 1st round bids - deselect and proof of funding xx date - 2nd round bids xx date - final bids and timeframe to completion Presumably they are running an auction type sale, they might find they go exclusive with one party if a) the price is right and b) they can deliver quickly. They might take a small haircut on the price if they get reassurances on the funding early doors and it will go to completion rather than collapse at the last minute.
  21. I've dealt with a few approaches from Indian businesses and HNWI and culturally they can be a challenge to deal with - terms change in an instant, prices change with no real reason, ''we agreed on this'' - no we didn't. I can probably think of 3/4 examples where it went the same way. This isn't some kind of racist slur before anyone jumps on it, just some patterns I've noticed. Give it 10-15 years they will be a real powerhouse, just a bit of catching up needed on how to run in proper processes when acquiring a western business' as they have the low cost infrastructure to complement.
  22. This is a really uneducated response - you are talking about losses posted in the past, the wage bill has been cut massively this season.
