Yeh I agree, I think Copper wants his full back to drop into a back 3 with Faes and Vestergaard when backs to the wall, Justin is more suited to that - that’s the only thing I can thing of.

Cream rises to the top, I don’t think it’s a massive concern with a 50 games season, RP will take his chance when he gets it, hopefully that extra competition for his place improves both him and JJ.

Finished A levels in 2007 with a bang average B and 2 x D. Decided at that point to get my act together. A levels at the time felt like the be all and end all, in reality it isn’t!

There are a group of posters on here who are constantly negative - whether it be managers, ownership, standing, clappers, concourse food, stewards, Jim at the ticket office, ticket cards etc. Whilst I’m not daft enough to realise there are clearly some big issues behind the scenes, we aren’t competitive in the transfer market and we are facing a points deduction - there is no other option really but to get behind the team, if we double down on the negativity then we are screwed. The majority of the stuff discussed is out of our control, as it is in other clubs up and down the country - it feels at the minute we are the worst run football club in world football if you read this forum - if everyone can spare 90 mins every week to get behind the team then I’m sure the players and manager would appreciate it - we might not be able to compete with most of the teams in this league but we can be as good or better in terms of effort and spirit - we by no means had the best team on paper when we won the league in 2016 but the team, fans and manager got it over the line. There will be people that thrive on negativity, not just when it comes to football but life in general - it must be some type of coping mechanism, I don’t understand it. Get behind the lads.

Owen tried to shoehorn the Rudkin question in but he batted it back with a straight bat. Deffo had a telling off mid week.

Rudkin will probably counter them and put a bid in for Jeffrey Archer instead, weighing up pre season he could probably do a better job than some even if he is mid 80s now.

My response was to a comment which was ''what you earn'' which isn't really fair and the easy argument is to just say tax anyone loads over 100K, well people over 100K are already being taxed loads, income between 100-125K for starters is taxed at 60 odd % due to the personal allowance removal. In reference to 60K, 60K is the new £40K from a few years ago. This is all about a wealth tax anyway, not ''what can you tax the worker'' - I'm not aware of any billionaires that post on here unless Top is lurking PAYE is off topic here

That doesn't make any sense, come on you're better than that - we have a 45% rate over £125K, do you mean extending that overnight to 60%? We are talking here about taxing the super rich and a wealth tax not just altering bandings. A couple on a modest £60K salary each will be far better off than a single earner on £125K.

Probably wants to stay in Germany - you don't know his personal circumstances, the wage won't be dissimilar - why on earth would anyone with any sense want to come here for anything other than a decent wage packet

Tricky...surely if this came in you'd sell up or move your assets elsewhere to avoid it. I think they could get away with a tax rate of 60% over £500K p.a, not many super rich have their income via PAYE though. I think we would see more worldwide use of this kind of tax if it worked, but we don't.
