Thanks, I was willing to pay to get him trained somewhere. I have Lab x Retriever as his parents were both dogs for the disabled. I have very little spare time to dedicate to training him and wouldnt consider myself a natural dog trainer or something I'm good at, where there is an opportunity to outsource I usually do! Thanks for the tip.
  2. Come on Jeremy dish those tax cuts out tomorrow
  3. That's a bit of an odd take, not sure why you would go out your way to not use an airport as flight radar refers to it as something different.

Because of the ''dangerous dog'' coverage in the news (rightly so IMO) there is a developing negative culture out and about with dogs on leads v dogs off leads. Situation yesterday where a dog owner literally screamed at me to put my dog on a lead - when I had complete control over him, he was literally standing next to her as she picks up her little handbag dog (worst thing you can do is pick a dog up as it just makes the dog on the floor want to play). She explaied her dog had been attacked before by a husky, so why on earth she is walking through a busy park with about 5 dogs off lead I don't know. My dogs recall has improved dramaticaly over the past 2 months so I now know even with the most tempting distraction I can whistle him back. These sort of people is what is wrong with dog owners, she was pathetic - I've got a black lab ffs

Interested how you trained her? Interested in this for our son. He is already naturally protective and will follow him if he bursts off somewhere
  6. Leicester Tigers referring to their game with Northampton as a massive “East Midlands derby” I’ve not checked my geography but it just sounds wrong

  8. If I had some money to chuck into something it would be the 0% alcohol market, it's going to blow up in the next decade.
  9. I agree but let’s see
  10. What a combo. Hold my beer while I do the downward dog.
  11. Yeh so I gave up in July just before my birthday - I can honestly say I have had probably 20 cigs in 4 months, which is a turnaround of 40 a week. I use a vape but mainly when I'm out, never at work etc. It does work well, but I'm looking to try and get rid of that after Christmas. Feel a lot better. I never have the urge to buy any now which I did before.
  12. Well done Greg, and an interesting story. I think its easy to forget how much it costs to drink now - you can easily blow £50 at the pub and get very little return apart from a bad head. I guess people must be ploughing through 4/500 a month drinking, thats a family holiday or a new bathroom
  13. We'll find out how much of a miss Winks really is I think
  14. It’s just self importance - “oh look at me I’ve resigned, aren’t I a good egg”
  15. Yes been to the one is sileby - very good
  16. Opinions I guess, they will do other food that isn't italian to cater for some takings at breakfast time - noone wants traditional italian for breakfast, but what is italian on the menu is very good, if you know what I mean. Apologies if I didn't make that point explicit enough. If you rub up the reviews of Casa Romana againt MoV you'll see MoV is more popular.

If you look at the total data used it's not even that big, just ridiculously expensive.
  18. How much are you drinking on a friday and a saturday? I just very very rarely drink at home, cuts your consumption down dramatically. I know people that will crack open a bottle of wine every night, I don't know how they can focus the next day tbh!
  19. Probably the most authentic Italian in the city, cracking place.
  20. Shame, usually some top quality reasonably priced scran. Go to the Bila Krava steak house, if you like steak. Top notch. Downside it's french, but still.
  21. The Christmas markets will look after you.

Lost my Nan and Gran (to an extent) to it. Both within 3 months of each other. Absolute shocker of a disease.
  23. Sounds like a dissertation topic. By ''well off chavs'' someone like Wayne Rooney would fit into that category I guess?
