There is a power socket in the corner of the living room which I managed to spur off to create a new socket behind the TV so that hides all power cables. The Virgin box and router lives behind the TV wall too, with just enough room for the remote control to access the box so it is all hidden in that respect. I had to have a cable on show from the fibre into the house, but it ran along skirting into the TV wall so was pretty tidy. It is definitely worth spending time planning in cables and getting them hidden, makes so much difference not seeing that sort of stuff. The TV and fire burner was circa £1.2k in total, MDF was about £300 and the plasterer was roughly same (he did other work in the house so not sure exactly that part was), so around £2k to complete. Lots of different styles and options, but it’s all essentially the same, timber frame, plasterboard and skim.

Explore the possibilities of trying it yourself, I did the frame build and then got a plasterer in to finish off. Went for a log burner rather than the fire place in the original photo. With some thought, planning (and borrowing right tools) it wasn’t that tricky.

My mate just sent me this, could be rubbish, might not be, if not goes to show the games he’s played in professionally.

Season Ticket Renewal (Price Increase) 2022/23
whitlock replied to Yes N'Didi's topic in Ticket News and Travel
Anyone else got automatic renewal on? I think that I’m all done, not had notifications so just wondering if anyone else had same experience for automatic renewal? -
Norwich 6/1 - genuinely worth a dabble

Could we go down..?

Time to go. Whole season has been a shambles. Conference run was decent but only because we failed in Europa. Yes we’ve had injuries, but even when we’re fairly full strength we look tragic. We’re in relegation form, have been for a while, know idea if we’re safe yet but we need three points on Wednesday - imagine thinking that. Rather get Dyche in - install some pride and aggression.
-
Can’t see anything but a loss today. They’ve got so much to play for and will be up for it - can’t see us matching that desire up today. Lots of possession as usual but with nothing to show for it.

New single out today - quite like it. New album out on 5th August.

Fan bases you like and dislike

Sat in the home end at Emirates for our game the other week - weird set of fans. The chant 'What do we think of Tottenham, shit' is terrible and cringey. -
So we won't see him Thursday then..

Season tickets 2022/2023 (going up)
whitlock replied to TrickyTrev Benjamin's topic in Leicester City Forum
Any concrete information that there is going to be an increase and that the amount is 8%? -
@Ashley I guess you wouldn't have posted it if you didn't believe your source, clearly.... is it more murmourings within the club about him getting the sack sooner rather than later?
-
Don’t understand how it even makes a difference - Dawson was going up for every corner and free kick during the game too. Just because he stayed up front during the end doesn’t warrant any more height needed up front - he’d been dealt with during the game. Its not like they brought a lump on up top and we matched it - that decision just is baffling. I’m done with Brendan now. He is suppressing our team and attacking players, imagine not wanting to try and score more goals, depressing.
-
Genuinely feel a bit sorry for him, being lumped on by Brendan like that, I think is poor management. Not touched the ball, not got a feel for the game and upsets the back 4, with minutes left. better off putting Ndidi back there and bring Hamza into the middle. So poor from Rodgers.

It’s going to be a day of groans, boos, moans and 3 points heading to London..

Just a quick Google and you're correct.

Are we seeing the Youri of Monaco now?
-
Not his fault as i guess, a lack of playing time, and then being thrown into random games must be tough to get any rythm going. He has not impressed me too much the times he's played, considering he was £17m(?) signing. Suggestion of Iverson on the bench next year is a good one, sounds like hes rated highly to replace Kasper eventually, a good way to integrate him into the squad.
