Only saw the highlights. Great play from Cullen, Page and Riis up front. Have we finally found a decent striker in Riis? Feel like all 3 Stockport goals were avoidable and especially Luke Thomas looks like a weak link, we can't afford to play anymore. Souttar and McCarthy not looking sharp either. But Stockport could have scored on quite a few other occassions and we as usual look very soft on defending set pieces. I live in naive hope, that someday I might again witness a Leicester City team, that can actually defend. It will probably be a while though. Normally when a new manager comes in and takes over a team in dissarray, they sort out the defense first and makes the team harder to beat, but somehow Top and Rudkin have managed to find every manager, who cannot organise a defense. Its actually quite impressive.

Else, just low block our slow motion tiki taka and hit us on the counters. So frustrating. Was hoping for better after Plymouth, but we are back in frustration and despair land. Riis looks like a proper lower league striker though.

Bobby is bound to score surely and excited to see Riis and the youngsters again. But no Kangasniemi is a bit of a let down. The clean sheet against Plymouth was more luck than skill. Come on Leicester. An early goal to settle nerves would be nice.

That was a mixed bag. Massively frustrated by the ref and our so called playing it out from the back, but some of the attacking showed some promise. When it clicks, it can become fun. Page is such an upgrade on Skipp despite quite a few misplaced passes. Love all the youngsters. But why oh why playing it our from the back with McCarthy. Seems completely suicidal.

Well, that was flippin appalling. Why play this style, when your players can't do it? Also Oliver Skipp is a massive idiot. We are not at our bottom yet are we? Depressing.

Another week of the other team wanting it more and winning every physical duel. Do not understand the obsession with passing football and not improving the off the ball movement.

Excited about seeing the kids again. Ready to get frustrated with Skipp and our defensive lapses. Lets go!

You can't play like flippin Spain with our players. Also the proper Spain strength is not the passing, its the relentless press and running for each other, which we also seem incapable of.

Excited by the youngsters, the rest not so much. Same old problems; shakey defence and no punch up front.

8 games and 1 goal conceded only is insane. Worthy winners. Might be a tad boring seeing Spain choking their opponents at times, but they have found a winning formula.

Thats the way to look at it. Thats like the Premier League each year, when one of the big ones win it; at least the other 4 big ones did not win it (Spurs can't been considered a big one anymore). Spain should show another masterclass in choking your opponent, but them Argentines really are the mentality monsters. Still think Spain.

Cape Verde's GK has been the Roger Milla of this tournament. To this day still a bit miffed at Lineker for ending that Cameroon campaign back in the day. Got to be Rodri or Messi though. They are the heart of their teams.

Odyssey watched to hide from heat today. Enjoyed it a lot. Very epic and a must watch on the big screen, if you want to watch it.
