A real shame. We are more than likely going down and would have been useful next season.

How significant was the loss of Kasper Schmeichel?
Corky replied to Pliskin's topic in Leicester City Forum
He wasn't as good as before but we would have stayed up. He had enough big performances left in him. What we lost with him going, along with others, is the personality of the club. The players who maybe weren't the most talented but gave everything for the club and had a real connection with the supporters. In a three year spell we lost Simpson, Okazaki, King, Morgan, Fuchs then Schmeichel. A huge amount of experience but also a rapport and respect. Not enough of the current squad fit the profile and few have the connection. When Vardy goes we'll just be left with a collection of players we struggle to like and it is a long way back. -
Is the Arsenal game confirmed for 12.30pm now?

How the "matchday experience" helps explain protests at LCFC

Nothing I want more than to take my "BRING THE BATTLE" flag to show and tell at work. -
How the "matchday experience" helps explain protests at LCFC

And then spend God knows what on extra stewards only to see a bloke run out of the Kop, almost reach the away fans, turn around and nearly get back to the penalty area before being stopped. Such a deterrent. -
Three points behind Arsenal. Will take that.

Appointing media friendly managers will work against you when it goes wrong. Ranieri, Rodgers, Cooper and van Nistelrooy are all very popular with the press. Pearson never got the same backing. If we had chosen Jesse Marsch, Bob Bradley or a random European with no previous experience here (Iraola, for instance) there wouldn't be this reaction.

No Ed Sheeran, no club. Simple as that.
-
ITFC Facebook in perspective now.
-
We lost 8-2 to Man United who were coached by the Dutch Rooney and we had "at least we were competitive in every game" Cooper in charge.

How close was Potter to taking it in the summer? I'm not his biggest admirer but he is clearly better than the last two choices.
-
Didn't want the job.
-
No worries. Play like this and they will be fine.

Up to £62 for a 4th round cup tie between two bottom half Premier League teams in a stadium widely considered to be falling apart. Incredibly appealing.
-
Defensively they are shocking. Lack physicality, positioning, strength.
-
I'm sure he was there in the second half.
-
On a nostalgia note, lovely to see the return of Castagne nearly putting through his own net under no pressure again.
-
Cooper and van Nistelrooy have together overseen 12 of the worst home games by any club in decades. Three first half goals, twice scoring more than once, scoring the first goal twice, one clean sheet. Genuinely awful fare.

There wasn't one chant calling for him to be sacked, just the anger after the BEK sub. I know whoppers like Alex Crook will run with it, though. The media seem personally offended if we ever dare criticise our club.

The selection of Ayew and the substitution of El Khanouss were very odd. If he goes then he goes but this squad is hideous. We should be on about 7 points given our displays.
-
Another truly dispiriting 90 minutes. We are so inept it is untrue. Fulham barely had to break sweat to win 2-0. What a miserable existence of a season.
-
So it has been moved and now another three week wait until it is confirmed or moved again. Superb.

Why not just have it on the Tuesday from the start?
