Yes, we are way too soft and accommodating to average players who believe they are bigger than the club (Ndidi and Ricardo have contributed to better times so I won't go in on them as much). We desperately need an overhaul. A drab squad full of players who don't offer much or think they are above us. I would imagine the ECB would want some kind of elite six (Surrey, Middlesex, Notts, Warks, Lancs and Yorks), intermediate six (Durham, Hampshire, Essex, Somerset, Glamorgan and Gloucs) then the dregs (Derbys, us, Northants, Kent, Sussex and Worcs) followed by some sort of crappy Grand Final or something. Let's be honest, they'll reduce this to expand the Hundred. That is what they want. Like cutting FA Cup replays for *player welfare" before extra European matches were added.
