  1. 75 overs today. Take out two for the innings change and that is 13 lost. Nearly an hour of play.
  2. And he might not have seen it
  3. This Gibbs-White thing smacks of trying to gain some PR narrative. He clearly wants to go, they wanted a lot more but the release clause became public. Can't see him being back in their squad now.
  4. The process of getting a manager in should have been done. We are weeks behind on everything.
  5. Should do the "proper Cov lad" double of playing for Aston Villa as well as Leicester.
  6. We absolutely should sell before we buy. We have relatively little time to do it in. This whole process should have been done weeks ago.
  7. This group is ridiculously close.
  8. Didn't they play Man Utd in the Champions League years ago?
  9. Simon Jordan- "Don't like players. Don't like managers. Don't like fans. Owners are great". Rinse and repeat. Was a good pundit but now totally overexposed. That cretin Jim White doesn't help.
  10. Can see him packing it in soon. Going from main man running the place for a decade to bit part player at another club is a huge change.
  11. Percy. Dorsett. Jacobs. Nixon. The Fab Four.
  12. Any Masterchef corner flags available?
  13. An intriguing choice and that is what we need. Rohl was my preferred choice but this is fine. Still concerned about the short time before the season for him to get settled in.
  14. Announces it on the next Trivago advert.
  15. O'Neil and Burch. Propa Lesta. I'm Ready To Go!
  16. We also seem to want these underwhelming choices at the wrong moment, too. Cooper, having finished in the top six three years in a row would suit a promotion bid better than a survival season whilst O'Neil would be more understandable in a firefighting type role last February to give us a boost.
  17. I don't want him either but there is some sort of logic with Wilder. At the moment I think you would choose from an up and coming manager from the lower leagues or abroad, a man with Championship experience, a promotion expert or someone who has proven to get promoted and survive. O'Neil is in none of these categories.
  18. O'Neil makes little sense. He has had two managerial roles where He was basically dragged in to sort out previous issues. No pre-season and no preparations. Wilder at least had experience at this level, or a promotion expect like Farke or Parker would be understandable, but O'Neil doesn't fit any bill.
  19. Yeah, will lock this and re-open if anything miraculous happens
  20. This club loves appointing people reasonably fresh from awful runs of form before leaving their last role. Fits in with that.
  21. Contributing to us being one of the least interesting yet least efficient clubs around.
  22. Gary O'Neil having admirers at the club sums the place up. He's been moved on for better replacements at his previous two clubs but he's been on Match of the Day so all is good.
  23. On the plus side, he has at least had a season of winning games. Recently we have gone for the likes of Smith and Cooper who had been poor for a while. This agent fixation has to stop, though. No wonder we are declining rapidly. Such a lack of creativity and outward thinking.
  24. 100% record at Seagrave
  25. Will be on his way when Chrissy Wilder tells him to get a proper haircut.
