1996-2002 he was a fine player. Not a great goalscorer but such a selfless player, pace to burn and a great passer. A shame he declined quickly because he was a far better player than given credit for. Claridge, Cottee and Owen all loved him.

Absolute farce but the clubs are doing what they need to do. It is about being savvy now.
-
A shame he left when he did because we were in the up and he could have established us and been a solid PL manager.
-
If it is him, hopefully Our Glorious Leader can set some standards at the club and reasonable requests for professionalism are answered.

Van Nistelrooy just left him on the bench and unfortunately had to use him. How he got another game is beyond me but Cooper deserves equal blame for putting him back up to second choice originally. Rodgers didn't give the remotest shit about the club when Ward became number 1 by default.

Inter Miami had no business being there, half the team over 36 and against the best team in Europe. If this is ever going to be taken fully seriously, make sure all the participants deserve to be there.

Virtually nobody leaving early. Can't be any traffic to beat today. -
Can Nick de Marco sort it?

Derby lost 9 in 21/22 for PSR reasons. Their 21 points included 12 for administration. Luton lost 20 but that was way before and unrelated to PSR. Our extra charges really won't help. We have put ourselves in such a bad position needlessly. I do think people are making light of the impact of points deductions. They can really change momentum and also gives you significantly less room for error. I think we are in for a very rough season and beyond.

Usually you'd assume it is quiet because there is no issue but with this lot you have no confidence whatsoever. Think the whole club needs a year off and do something else at this point.

Which category will they put Wrexham in? Bet they are annoyed it is a Tuesday night in late September. -
Cooper was sacked at the right time for his reputation. His last five games were very poor and we were heading for the bottom three.

The FA Cup quarter finals weekend is Easter next year. In the unlikely event we get there, are both league games postponed?

Must be nice to do the job with no consequences

Awful reign summed by that home run. It genuinely was that bad and shameful. Team selections were odd and it never worked. There is little joy or relief. He was a symptom of a significantly bigger problem. Oh for the days when just changing the manager solved everything.

Does public transport go anywhere near Seagrave? No intention of going but is it accessible by bus or train?

Even the Sky WinViz thing seemed a bit off yesterday. Had us ahead of India when we were 170 behind. -
We'll just sack then appoint on the 1st of July for the next five years.

No. Football is generally dire, seems close to Rudkin when the last thing we need is him getting more influence and his last season at this level was 10 years ago- his mindset as a manager has shifted away from winning 60-70% of matches.
